Kuta Regency B10 One Bedroom Villa

Pros: Room was presented well, staff were really nice and attentive of any issues.

Cons: Everything was awesome.

Clean, big, everything you need

Pros: Very clean, had everything you could need, much bigger than it looks in the pictures, full kitchen with all cooking utensils and full kitchen, a big tv in lounge room and in bedroom, very clean, host was great, amazing value for money, would highly recommend and will definitely be back ourselves

Really good, I would stay again, great location in Kuta

Pros: It was a lovely clean villa with a very nice pool. The shower had good pressure and was instantly hot. The location was excellent, quiet but walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were accommodating and just a text away if I needed anything. I had a great stay.

Cons: The bathroom and bedroom doors looked like they were picked up off the side of the road or from an office building and some of the drawers in the kitchen wouldn't open. A table and chairs inside would have been great.

Great escape for couples

Pros: The villa was very clean, spacious for a couple, we located and had all amenities. The staff were amazing and very accomodating.

Cons: The door to the garden/pool may be a bit annoying to lock and unlock for anyone the struggles to crouch down but that's me being picky because there were no other downsides.

It was fantastic l love staying in this region and location and l will definitely be coming back in 2025.

Pros: I h ave stayed here many times, however took a break as the place needed a little refresh. New floors, TV and air conditioning. The same team on site excellent as usual very responsive and attentive.

Would stay again, private and very budget friendly, close proximity to Kuta Beach and things to do

Pros: Private Pool great, very private with high fences between properties. Property staff very helpful and friendly. Although the villa feels like it is isolated, it is within easy walking distance to basically everything you could need including Kuta Beach, great restaurants and bars etc.

Good value villa for couple or single

Pros: Staff were very friendly & helpful. Villa included filtered water dispenser. They also arranged Airport transfers for me upon request, and had no problem with a quite late check-in due to my flight being delayed (11pm). Some of the decor is getting a bit older, but the staff keep it well cleaned, and were happy to arrange the cleaning around my schedule. Location is in a quiet street away from the main noisier areas of Kuta. Overall a nice, comfortable place for a very reasonable price.

Nice 3 days in a great apartment

Pros: Great little apartment, very comfortable, nice private pool. All the people I interacted with are super nice and very friendly. As a bonus there is a great laundry service just outside the gate.

Cons: Need better directions to the place. Entering the address into Google leads the drive to the back of the compound with no direct access.

Awesome

Pros: I did like the pool it was really great, there is a sun-bed where you can relax for a while and there is actually sun to get a good tan as well, the bedroom was really good really comfortable bed, and iron table and iron as well, kitchen and utensils to cook a fridge living room. It was really great. Thank you very much Definitely highly recommended The location it is a bit hidden in an alley to reach for villas, but that’s alright it is very quite and peaceful.
