Overall very happy with our stay.

Pros: I liked the fact the villa was only 500metres off main street, the bonus was Ketut also offered laundry, and breakfast to be cooked in the villa. Ketut was extremely helpful and a great manager.

Cons: The shower pressure in first bathroom upstairs wasn't strong, and i didn't feel as though the ensuite shower was very clean.

We loved the house and the customer service.

Pros: The pool was a hit with the kids. The layout of the furnitures provided a lot of space. The host were amazing, they were professional and valued the customer experience, from the owner who confirmed all of my questions to the floor manager who was always available to help (Ketut was on holidays and he still helped us with laundry).

Cons: The Bathroom was abit outdated. There were moulds in some corners of the ceilings. There were various wooden frames that were decaying and wooden cupboards were old.

Pros: Great location, mostly quiet although can hear the planes! The rooms are great, spacious with lots of storage, and the villa itself was so beautiful. Ketut was so helpful and friendly, we had such a lovely stay here! The cleaning guy was also great :)

Cons: The sheets in one room were a bit dirty but were changed immediately when we informed Ketut. Also the showers run cold and take a while (10+ mins) to warm up but that’s okay when it’s 30 degrees outside!

Pros: The villa was beautiful, we felt safe and close to everything. The hosts were lovely, met us on arrival and showed us around. Cleaning regularly and clean towels provided. There is filtered water in villa. Short walk to mall and restaurants. Short car ride to other locations. Free WiFi.
