Pros: Location was great. Walking distance to main street. Mart across road. Pool was in back yard not in front yard like most villas. Loved this. Spacious. Clean. This was our second villa during stay. Had everything needed in kitchen to cook which was useful. Staff were easy to communicate with and accessible via what's ap. Big enough for big family and cheap.

Cons: A little run down and needs some maitance - aircon leaked in one room soaking floor, doors had hole in it at bottom. Bathroom little outdated and cracked basin etc. Top loungeroom no aircon so not really usable. Pool chairs holes, wifi didn't work well upstairs.

A wonderful experience

Pros: Honestly the place was nice and comfortable. situated around convenience stores and restaurants so never going to be an issue for you. house was spacious and perfect for a large group. What was amazing was the people who helped us during our stay, owner was incredibly friendly and even the pak cik who welcomed us was so friendly. Would I come here again? Of course!

Cons: There was only a few : - house seemed to be a little dusty (however once i spoke to the owner, the cleaners came and cleaned up the house) - Wifi at the top floor was not able to connect, not sure what was the issue with the router.

Overall good out weighted the bad

Pros: Hosts were very helpful Pick us up and drop us a k to airport Checked In regularly to see what we needed and organised our washing. Filter water supplied, pool relaxing great A/C, relaxing

Cons: Unfortunately they were renovating the villa ne t door and lots of construction noise and a couple of time was late in the night Far away from shopping restaurants and bars
