Great location, lovely villa, friendly host.
Pros: Pande our villa host was wonderful, the location was perfect for shops/restaurants/the beach, the villa was large/comfortable/well setup. Would stay again!
Cons: Perhaps an oven or a toaster to help make breakfast prep a bit easier. The fridge is positioned below the stairs & for tall people a bit dangerous (be mindful when ducking around). Minor things to bring it up to scratch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa and would stay there again
Pros: The service from Babuk, our attendant was amazing. The location is great. Less than a 5min walk to the main road for shopping, with the big supermarket right there and the the beach less than a 10 min walk. The Villa is very clean and modern. We were a family with 3 couples and it was very spacious.
Cons: Kitchen needs more equipment & utensils to allow for cooking. No oven, there was a hole in the cabinetry so not sure if it was in the process of being replaced or not. Taxi’s could never find the address, on arrival we had our driver call the property for directions and then during our stay we would tell taxi to drop us at The Bintang Supermarket and walk to the Villa.

A really great value for money villa, close to everything, I would recommend this villa
Pros: Location was great, close to main shopping/restaurant street, supermarket and beach Pande our house manager was great, helped us with everything and delivered breakfast every day The kitchen and living room being indoors is a game changer and you need the air con at times, lots of other villas had that room open Can hire bikes right outside which is handy
Cons: There is construction next door every day which didn’t bother us too much cos we were out and about The house is a little tired with marks everywhere and the showers don’t have screens so water goes everywhere The pool never gets direct sunlight so you can’t sun bathe and it makes the water a little cool which I’m sure in warmer months is perfect, for us it was a little chilly so we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would

Beautiful Seminyak Villa
Pros: The staff were friendly and accomodating! The 2br Villa is spacious and clean too. We will be back when visiting Seminyak again.

A fabulous place to stay and wonderful people looking out for you.
Pros: Putu was waiting for us on arrival to hand over the keys. He was so friendly and welcoming. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival and was cleaned each day while we were out and about. We had breakfast included in our package and Putu delivered it each morning on time and always with a big smile! He was a fabulous host! This was our first Trip to Bali and the accommodation was more than I was expecting. The location was peacefully quiet, yet still only a 5-minute walk to the main streets of Seminyak. Would definitely stay there again and visit Putu!! :)
Cons: The beds are rather firm. If you don't mind that it won't be an issue.

Incredible
Pros: friendly staff and the location of this villa was right in the middle of everything we needed. It had shops and breakfast spots and dry cleaning and the area was great for just walking around. The villa itself is amazing as you come home you feel like youre exiting the bustle of the city and escaping into a tropical sanctuary. Amazing people too!
Cons: Nothing - Everything was awesome.

Great private villa in central area
Pros: The location was close to main shopping strips, restaurants and Seminyak beach The villa was spacious, clean, outdoor private pool, open dining and living area, double storey, each room had an ensuite, keys to rooms and main front door, on call service/help from staff, daily room cleaning and breakfast
Cons: The air conditioning in both bedrooms were low pressure even when turned up to the highest level and had to wait a few days to get it fixed No air conditioning in open living/dining area

So much fun and endless laughs
Pros: The manager Puto. Was the happiest friendliest man I have met. Heade us welcome. And nothing was beyond him. He would even bring us slabs of water or beer. Like a champion. Took us on his scooter to get laundry done. All round great guy. Made our trip.
Cons: Sometimes the water flow wasn't great. But I guess that might be more of a Bali thing thing
