Pros: Laid back true Balinese feel to property. Great location. Good for a family. Cleaners were really nice and communicated well and made you feel welcome. Having a water filter station is great and the Bintang supermarket nearby is also great.

Cons: Upstairs balcony needs maintenance work, and the mozzies are bad (wet season) but it’s a great place.

Pros: The location was superb, very big property to move around in. The pool Is bigger than most villas I have stayed in. The view of the fireworks from the second level was also great.

Cons: The kitchen needs upgrading. Have a seating area upstairs for those beautiful nights outdoors.

A beautiful oasis in Seminyak with very attentive staff but in need of a refresh

Pros: The villa is beautifully decorated with gorgeous gardens and pool. It feels like a little oasis from all the noise and chaos of Seminyak. The staff were very attentive and did everything they could to help. The place is very clean. It’s about a 15 min walk to the beach, 5 mins to the grocery store and shops.

Cons: The place is pretty run down and in need of a refresh - leaks in the roof, loose electrical and bathroom fittings, old cushions and linens etc. The kitchen could also use a few more cups/glasses etc There are lots of mosquitos too although there are nets on all the beds - brings your repellent if you’re sensitive to them.

A great find for families or a group of friends that don’t mind getting about on foot or are ok with a bikes.

Pros: Loved the unique design and open living, the pool and gardens are amazing. The showers being open to nature was so good. Each room had its own bathroom plus a spare for the pool area. Ben the host and Kadek the housekeeper were great to deal with and any maintenance was dealt with quickly.

Cons: The location is very quiet and it is a 10 to 15 min flat walk to shops, restaurants, beach which was ok but we found it was hard for transport to find us.

Hidden gem in Seminyak.

Pros: Ben’s Bali villa is awesome. There is so much space to relax and unwind. The pool is a decent size and was the perfect temperature. The villa was really clean and tidy and the whole process of getting into the villa with the help of Kadek was so easy. He is so helpful.

Cons: There are a lot of gardens and a couple of water features/fishponds so we found there to be quite a few mosquitoes. Other than that is was perfect.

Wonderful, private & peaceful location to visit and relax.

Pros: The location being central to all that is Seminyak was beautiful. The lush green gardens and treetop views, stunning. Peaceful surroundings.

Cons: Decking for upper level needs replacing/maintenance for safety. Air conditioner for room at front of villa & upstairs may need re-gassing or replacement as was struggling to keep rooms comfortable. Stovetop needs replacing as almost corroded through completely. Fridge or fridge seals need replacing. Rooftop seating area needs some wall or garden lighting to be usable at night time.

Convenient location and staff were good and service was good

Pros: Convenient location however a long way down the alleyway from Main Street.

Cons: Distance from Main Street. When it rained the stairs became wet so was worried for safety of using them. When it rained the way to get from kitchen to outdoor lounge was a puddle and you got wet walking between them

Charming

Pros: Real Bali charm. The villa has everything we needed.

Pros: Good value and location. Very private and quiet.. Had a washing machine which is a must have with the tropical weather. Great for families.

Cons: More drying racks for hanging wet clothes needed.

I totally loved this villa and would happily stay again.

Pros: I was able to message the staff when I was nearby and advise them of my arrival time. They met me and showed me through the expansive villa and provided a solid handover. The pool was great, kitchen was functional and I appreciated that there was a water bubbler with spring water. The bathrooms were perfect, and there was a great range of space for me and the other couple we were travelling with; we could be together or apart and it was really lovely. The proximity to shops and warungs was good; very central

Cons: Minor maintenance issues including the door handle on the main gate. The lane to get to the villa is very, very narrow and our driver was too nervous to go through so we had to walk some distance with cases but that is not the fault of the villa, just something that guests may need to be aware of.
