Great central place in Seminyak

Pros: Very central location in Seminyak - close to the supermarket , a bakery and lots of local Warungs

Beautiful villa located in the heart of Seminyak

Pros: Beautiful open 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property located right in the heart of Seminyak. Very convenient with the Bintang supermarket right across the road. The only small issue I had was it can get a little loud in the mornings with dogs barking and the motorcycles horns (I think it’s unavoidable being Bali)

Amazing for short and longer stays

Pros: Amazing location - close to the shops, bars, beach. Huge supermarket just in front of villa. Comfortable lounge zone with private pool.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Good position. Yes we would stay here again.

Cons: The pool maintenance was a bit poor, they only spent 5 minutes cleaning and threw some chlorine granules on the step. The filter box wasn’t cleaned and there was a dead frog in it. Put me of using the pool the last couple of days. Yes I’m a particularly fussy about pools as have had one for 40 years. The aircon in top upstairs bedroom wasn’t very cold set on 16 and downstairs bedroom was on 24. Downstairs bed stayed much cooler. Open living is good however ceiling fans would probably be more efficient than one standing fan. Word of warning which we were aware of stairs to upstairs bedroom are very very steep.

Pros: 10/10, great hosts, awesome location right opposite Bintang Supermarket, shops, dining. Ima was so lovely, nothing is a problem, checking to see everything is OK. Helping with any questions very promptly. This is a professional run business that really cares about their property and their customer. Thank you, 10 stars is not enough. I give 12 *** Will be back again soon. \

Lovely and clean accomodation directly at the port of Padang Bai.

Pros: Kadek is a wonderful host. He helped us with any problems we had. he knows everyone, is very polite and knows even the police chief. 5 Stars Ranking for Kadek and bis very clean rooms.

Amazing!

Pros: We stayed at Villa Umah in April. Mr Koko and Irvan were so lovely. Cleaners and the pool person came every second day so the villa was always clean. They also had a filtered water station and we were given 10L drums when we were running low, it was so nice to be able to fill up our bottles with cold water. The villa is private and off the street in a great central location. Highly recommend.

Cons: The air con in the top bedroom sometimes didn’t get very cool and those stairs are quite steep (it didn’t bother us though)

Pros: This villa was great - loved the location, facility, cleaning was done very well when requested, responsive and easy to communicate with.

Mr Koko is a great host who is always accommodating and responsive to our needs. We have also engaged him as our driver

Pros: The villa is clean and comfortable for small family of 3-4 pax to stay, especially if you are looking for value for money and convenience. The small pool is nice and relaxing to chill out. Bintang Supermarket is just opposite and there are good cafes and Spa outside is great and cheap.

Pros: The Villa is beautiful and so well equipped with everything you need , The beds are super comfortable , The staff were very friendly and helpful . The location is amazing 1min walk to Bintang supermarket . You can walk to all the best restaurants in Seminyak
