Fantastic place in centre of Seminyak

Pros: Great location, private secure , great private pool, lovely staff

Would stay again but would buy extra fans to take there. Generally good location and value for money,

Pros: It was a great location, a nice central spot. The pool temperature was perfect. The housekeeper was lovely.

Cons: It could do with an extra fan or two downstairs. There is some Maintenence needed on the property, the floors in the bathrooms and the decking is needing replacement.

Would stay again and staff were helpful

Pros: Great pool and spacious outdoor area Pool area is private with no one able to look in

Cons: The outdoor area could use a ceiling fun or two Only one pedestal fan for entire space In amongst other villas and one group was quite noisy Not much can do about that

Overall I think it was a great stay. The best out of the 3 different places I have stayed in Bali

Pros: Really nice place. Got everything you need and it’s big enough for 4 people

Cons: The power on the tab in the bathroom and the rain shower head was not so strong. Also there was coming in mosquitoes in the bathroom because there was a small opening they could go through

Pros: Excellent villa, great stay! Loved the pool and open living area. Size of villa perfect for a family. Helpful staff!

Cons: N/A - just hard to find at first in a grab, best to get dropped off at main road and walk the rest.

Pros: The property manager was helpful and responsive to messages and requests. The place was clean. The bed was large. The location was great, close to a supermarket and the main street.

Cons: The pool stained my swimsuit and body yellow at some point. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom throughout my stay (not a big deal for me though), even though there was no food in the bedroom at all. Probably because the bathroom is exposed to the outside air.

Great place to stay with your family

Pros: It was very nice and clean, close to everything and overall would recommend others to stay here. When our family returns we will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Initially trying to find the property was slightly difficult when we were in a car. Now we know how to access the property it’s not an issue whatsoever.

Absolutely no brainer for selection in the Seminyak area! Go there with friends family or partner!

Pros: Absolutely loved the place, the location is strategically located with almost everything at walking distance. Also, I couldn't have asked for a better host and housekeeping staffer, everyone makes you feel welcomed and considered.

Cons: The pool wasn't squeaky clean (perhaps being uncovered) but the staff did their best to clean it whenever requested!

Pros: Fantastic location. Villa fantastic has a lovely chilled feel about it. Outlay great and has everything you need. Asti the host was amazing she was so friendly and helpful. We got a little lost coming from Ubud and just a call to her and she got us sorted. We will be back for sure. Great been so close to the shops cafes and restaurants but still quiet at the villa.

Pros: Was an amazing location. Beautiful place absolutely loved it, and will be definitely staying here again 🤩
