Fantastic, will definitely return.

Pros: Fantastic for young families, but great for adults as well. Plenty of amenities, excellent pool, amazing breakfast, bed was comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Exceptionally good

Pros: We are back The resort was great and very close to airport, restaurants and shoppings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you with your special dietary requirements. I was amazed how knowledgeable staff were about gluten free. They provided my coeliac husband and kids with varieties of delicious foods. I would like to mention the name of the outstanding employees of the restaurants and room services, Mr Marthen, Mr Jaya and Mr Astawan. We all appreciate their hospitality and kindness.

Pros: Second time staying at dynasty. Facilities are great with good restaurants nearby, staff are amazing, buffet breakfast always good.

Cons: Family room had a mould smell, spoke to front desk and they moved us to another family room right away

Family friendly hotel that has everything you need!

Pros: Perfect for the whole family! The children’s pool was a big hit, we even skipped water bom park as our son loved the slide at the hotel. Amazing coffee!! Better than Aus. Lovely staff, clean rooms, great amenities. A mini mart, multiple restaurants, daily events and activities!

Cons: A little musty in the room but it was the wet season so can be expected.

Lovely staff, hotel and breakfast

Pros: Stunning hotel, the staff were amazing and it was exceptionally clean. There are a few restaurants on site. The breakfast included was incredible and had a choice of two places. My niece and nephews enjoyed the slide and pools etc. the pool bar was also great. It is definitely a family friendly resort so I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have kids. There is an adults only pool however.

Pros: The buffet breakfast was fantastic. It was nice to have different options every day. Mostly toasted bread and Vegemite I loved it very much. The product selection collapsed and it was delicious.

Cons: I didn't like that breakfast ended at 10:30.

Very good resort in a great location with exelent facilities

Pros: Pool was huge and always lounges available, pool was clean , lots of activities . Breakfast had a huge selection and always fresh, great place for families with children. Restaurants were excellent with very competitive prices . Room was great and very comfortable bed

Family friendly (twin 2.5 year olds and 6month old)

Pros: Extremely family friendly almost to the point where there were too many kids during school holidays. We had 2 2.5year old toddlers and a 6 month old baby. The pool was perfect for them! The buffet breakfast was perfect and the service from the staff was next level! We also received a free upgrade to a large family suite which was quite the game changer!

Cons: The buffet options at the H20 poolside restaurant didn’t pique my family’s interest and was very much catered to an Australian clientele.
