A great place to stay in Kuta

Pros: Location is good, close to beach walk, shops & food outlets. Resort is clean and shower nice and hot. Breakfast has good variety and different every day. Even the main st fussy eater would find something good to eat.

Cons: Air-conditioning was cold.. Had to switch off at times as temperature adjustment didn't seem to work.

We have stayed at the hotel at least three times before it is value for money

Pros: Breakfast was very good unfortunately the lift was not working and as I have a mobility issue was very difficult The weather was awful nothing to do with hotel the location was great

Our room was on the ground floor and was flooded in the early hours. All staff worked effortlessly to reduce the impact

Pros: We have stayed here on many occasions. Amenities are top class along with large pool that has a swim up bar. Travel agents, photographers and spa service are available. The Balinese theme is well represented throughout the hotel.

Cons: Some of the rooms are looking a little dated however we did notice some rooms being redecorated. Bathroom and shower taps could do with some maintenance. Restocking of Coffee, tea and sugar left a bit to be desired.

Excelent Stay and will be booking again

Pros: Breakfast is one of the best throughout Kuta, a main booking reason for us, Location is perfect all within a very short walk to Lippo Mall, Alternative Restaurants, Staff are amazing here and very accommodating,

Cons: Regrettably the property flooded through our stay, This is at no fault of the Hotel however Water was cut off with no notice and was a little frustrating that to even use the bathroom we needed to leave the hotel and go to the shopping mall, Staff done all they could to restore services by the afternoon same day, Again must stress was not the fault of the Hotel it was just unfortunate weather conditions.

Pros: Everything! The location was perfect, the resort was beautiful, the breakfast selection was more than we had anticipated and everything was fresh. The staff were so friendly and accommodating at all times. We will be back 🥰

Pros: Location, facilities, beachfront, room service, staff and housekeeping.

Cons: A little chaotic at buffet breakfast. Air-conditioning in breakfast area a little too warm. The construction work and restoration on facility access - no beachfront dining.
