Pros: I’ve returned to this place multiple times, which says everything. Perfectly located in the heart of the city with convenient access to everywhere. Always a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Love it!

Will keep going back, staff always go out of their way to welcome you, definitely my favourite spot…!! 🥰

Pros: Have stayed at RR regularly over the past few years. The rooms are excellent, the staff are accommodating and terrific, best value for money in Kuta.

Cons: The pool area on the roof is a bit cramped but very convenient so who’s complaining.

Great hotel in good central location

Pros: Staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing and I had a very good massage. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I did not use the pool. Had 2 meals from the Restaurant which were very good.

Cons: For the price I paid I think it was very good value for money.

Pros: Staff was great , new part of the hotel is excellent so if you want to book ask for the new part

Cons: Food from the restaurant was really bad , cold chicken and we asked for cooked vegetables we got lettuce and tomatoes! Food is bad and building noises day time as well .

Great option for Kuta.

Pros: I've been in this hotel before, they has refurbished the rooms and did nice job, new rooms are awesome. I have to write special mention to Fera, she was in the reception desk, so friendly and helpful, even every time we meet anywhere in the hotel she was always smiling and asking us about our stay in the hotel and even if we need anything, thanks Fera.

Cons: Despite the checking is too late, the checkout is too early.

This place was fantastic! It was sooo close to everything. It was such a clean room.

Pros: How clean this place is! The room was soo fresh and nice! The pool is amazing. And the location is insane.

Cons: There is nothing to not like about this property. It does look a bit run down in reception and hot, but wait to you get into your room!
