Pros: Friendliness of the staff, room is properly tidy and cleaned.

Cons: There is no shelf in the bathroom to put own facial wash.

Good hotel, clean with convenient locaation

Pros: Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was well equipped, room was big enough with great view. Great access to shopping centre.

Cons: Not much choice for food, and definitely not enough choice for small kids. Swimming pool while it wasn’t crowded it was small, kids pool is rather underwhelming, no toys provided. Great play area for the kids but also quite small, wouldn’t recommend for kids under 5.

Pros: Wonderful service and warm hospitality by the staff. Great location with direct access to the beachwalk mall. Facilities for children with a fantastic kids' play zone. Must mention the F&B associate Mr. Endra at the Daily Social restaurant who is simply outstanding in his service delivery. We were blown away by his extra mile hospitality. Truly amazing stay thanks to people like Endra.

Cons: Not a lot of menu options for kids. This can improve. There can be some welcome fruit/snacks/goodies platter in room upon checkin

Pros: Great location near the heart of shops and restaurants and airport.

Cons: The breakfast buffet closes too early especially if guests are jetlagged and sleep in.

Worth spending money…

Pros: Loved the location, facilities but the best part was staff….I have nothing to complain. If ever I needed anything they were prompt. Worth spending your money here.
