Beautiful traditional style motel

Pros: Beautiful original buildings. Clean pools, excellent cocktails. Close proximity to the beach and Poppy’s lane. I was excited to see the back gate was open again to gain access to Poppy‘s lane.

A gem amongst the wide range different hotels and accommodation

Pros: What did I like! 24 hour check-in Clean Large and comfortable room. Spectacular scenery. Pool available was for all age group and clean & well maintained. Located in the heart of Kuta 100 metres away from the beach. Shops and restaurants everywhere. The staff, friendly and helpful. Majority of the staff were 30 plus...great to see they gave opportunity to older workforce.

Cons: The shower though clean, did not have a soap holder . First world problem....barista machine was not operational until 8 am daily though breakfast commences at 7 am!!! Easily fixed and keeps your guests happier. There was only a stair well in my block of rooms, no lift which if you have lots of luggage and heavy suitcases a negative. Not adequately accessible for those with disabilities. Thats it.

Comfortable and clean

Pros: Comfy bed, great pool, clean and modern mixed with cultural

Cons: The amount we paid for 6 nights was a lot (in the thousands) and the buffet breakfast was not included in that amount, had to pay extra every morning
