A luxurious stay, and beautiful staff

Pros: The resort was pure luxury. Great facilities, beautiful gardens and amazing swimming pools.

Cons: Breakfast was included in the main restaurant. We were ushered to a side area/room and served our breakfast there. Our selection was far less than the main restaurant and we didn’t realise. Upon leaving we saw a much greater selection of food in the main restaurant and saw food we would have preferred.

Very good resort Ive wanted to go for a few years and i decided to go for my birthday February 14th

Pros: The breakfast buffet was fantastic i loved the crispy bacon and im glad you had HP sauce. Delila one of the ladies was very good as were all the breakfast staff and the birthday cake was very nice they brought me on Saturday.

Cons: I had an early swim at 7;10 am Sunday morning and the chlorine was way too strong and made my eyes hurt and close i had to go and shower in my room with the water washing out my eyes before i could se properly.

Pros: Everything, so beautiful, the staff were amazing, we couldn’t be treated better. The Club lounge is just amazing, and the staff were more than accommodating, we got to know them byname, and it was so friendly . Our room, pool access room was magical, the bed and pillows were dreamy, I haven’t slept like that for years!! The food is 20 out of 20.it is my destination from now on ❤️

great family place stayed in room that backed on to the green gardens beautiful early morning coffee

Pros: breakfasts were amazing Family get togeather in the morning to start the day LOVED it

Cons: Many staff asked if we were eating in . we didn't mind a few but it was too much We did eat in and found the food excellent and the Japanese amazing! Ate in 4 times

Everything you need the have a very relaxing holiday.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally friendly. I appreciated the spacious and beautifully appointed bedroom. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa was highly professional, providing excellent massages. The three swimming pools featured impressive coral displays, and the water was pleasantly warm. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
