Great service

Pros: Everything was great. Spacious room. The service was amazing and especially I appreciate that my request to decorate the room for my friend’s birthday was made in the best way. You can walk to the beach from the hotel.

Stay was extremely relaxing and location was perfect

Pros: location was perfect. The room was nice, roomy and comfortable. The staff were amazing and always ready and willing to help in every way needed.

Cons: The buffet breakfast was good but was a little on the light side.

Pros: The staff were lovely and helpful. The pools were nice. The location was nice and quiet and had some good restaurants and shops nearby, but it wasn't right up near Garlic Lane.

Cons: The rooms and tiling outside had a few cracks, but nothing major. It was a bit of a walk to get to the centre of Legian, but lots of fun walking past all the shops with their owners asking us to come in and buy.

Pool area was great!

Pros: Loved the location - you can walk to everything you need. Two street frontages (one in jl legian and one on the beach) made it easy to walk around and cut back through the hotel. The room size was great as was the robe so you could unpack easily. The shower was hot with good pressure! The staff were all lovely. The kids play room was fantastic for our little one. The main pool was perfect and clean, it had seating in the water which was great to relax. Gardens were lovely and the gym clean and very well equipped.

Cons: I have a business so needed to work in the evening when the baby was asleep, and be contactable in case of an emergency 24/7 - however there was no power outlet next to the bed to plug my phone in, no lamps and one side didn't have a bedside table you had to crawl across the bed to get in. The only option is to sit under a fully lit bright downlights which is impossible for us since our booking included a baby with a cot. The cot of course can only be positioned next to the desk which also didn't have a lamp and the only power point in the whole place. So my partner and I could only sit in complete darkness from the time baby slept. It seems like a minor complaint but really impacted our time. The evenings were completely wasted. This wouldn't deter us staying again, but my suggestion to others traveling with children, or for businesses, or even who enjoy watching Netflix from your laptop is to bring with you an extention chord and power board. We couldn't stay here again without those things unless they upgraded the room functionality.

Pros: Location is amazing! Pools are lovely and reception staff are exceptional. Pool access rooms are the absolute best. Great value for money.

Cons: Breakfast, we have stayed many times now and it’s still very basic with no change. Compared to other hotels the breakfast is average. Allot of training staff, which is good for them but there lacks the prompt and efficient service around the pool. Always find yourself looking to call someone when they are all just standing at the bar area.

Pros: The bed were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety. Staff were very friendly.

Cons: The gym is abit old... often there weren't any towels and water
