Great value for money apartment. Facilities are amazing and location is perfect.
Pros: Location is fantastic! Beach is out the back door of the property. Shopping strip I out the front gate. It’s a great location highly recommend it.
Cons: The sheets on the bed were very itchy.

Fabulous stay at Kun's apartment!
Pros: Everything! It just felt like home. It was a comfortable apartment in a great complex of Jayakarta Hotel, which is close to everything. The facilities and location are unbeatable. The pillows and bed were so comfortable! The apartment itself is just lovely and so much better than a hotel room. I truly did not want to leave. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come back again 🥰
Cons: If I had to be really picky, decor is a little outdated but that doesn't bother me but it might bother others.

Want more than a hotel room then this has it all
Pros: Very roomy and quiet has a full size water dispenser great internet and full use of the hotel with your own apartment
Cons: Rooms are quite old and dark lighting is low but in saying that for the price it’s great and has everything you need to relax and enjoy

Resort facilities great & close to beach
Pros: Resort facilities are great! And right on the beach. Two bedrooms & a good sized lounge dining with a small balcony. Had a full sized fridge. Good TV with Netflix capability. Great watercooler in unit.
Cons: Take earplugs as there is a very noisy nightclub nearby! Needed another lounge chair for 3 of us. Kitchenette very pokey & rundown, but we only used kettle anyway. DO NOT lock your key in the room!!! This is a privately owned unit & reception doesn't have a spare key. Cleaner did and after a couple of hours or more of family arguments and sleeping on the couch in reception a key was FINALLY found to get us access.

Great location and really spacious and lovely apartment
Pros: Really nice apartment with lots of room, a little balcony and good sized bedrooms. Front desk and the person who looks after the place were extremely helpful if we ever needed anything. Brilliant location close to town, bars, restaurants, beach and it’s good to have full use of hotel pool.
Cons: Kitchen is just a microwave, kettle and sink, which is fine if that’s all you expect! Taxis don’t know where this is!! Get them to take you to Jayakarta hotel - you are heading the residence block NOT the main hotel so once through the gate, take the first left and follow the road round to the little roundabout turning. The front desk there is the one you want to collect keys from etc - this is an apartment within that building! Not the apartment’s fault but be aware, the pool towels are only provided for hotel guests so make sure you take your own! There aren’t actually enough pool loungers for everyone so they’re often all taken by midday. If you head to the quieter pool on the left (as you look at the sea), there’s often more space and grassy area you can use too. If you prefer to be away from busy bar and loud music at the pool, head to that pool too!! There’s is Karaoke bar opposite the apartment that is really loud - and windows don’t seal so you really hear the noise. It’s actually a great fun bar for a night out but it will be packed up and very quiet by midnight! Loungers on the beach don’t belong to hotel and aren’t free - they all belong to the hundreds of local bars that line the beach. You can use them but may have to pay a small charge or buy a few drinks from the locals who run the bars. LOTS of people will approach you on the beach to try and sell you any number of products but they’re pretty good at leaving when you say no thank you! It’s just the local custom and culture and nothing to do with hotel etc!
