For us the location was great, but we do love music and each night we enjoyed the music from our balcony while unwinding

Pros: We stayed at Palmana Tropical Courtyard, Jayakarta Residence (Apartment 6212) for nearly six weeks while on holiday in Bali and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is located within the Jayakarta Resort, which meant we were able to enjoy and use all of the resort’s facilities - a big bonus and good value for money. A very special mention must go to Fito, the supervisor, who truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. When my husband was unwell with Bali belly, Fito kindly brought him king coconuts and bananas, which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated 🥰. His care and helpfulness really stood out. Dita, the housekeeper, was also amazing! The apartment was always cleaned thoroughly, and he took great pride in his work. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located stay with wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests. We felt well looked after and would happily stay again.

Such a gem!

Pros: Location and price were amazing, its such a great upgrade to stay in one of the apartments instead of the standard motel rooms direct thru the resort.
