Private Apartments at Jayakarta Resort

Great location , surprisingly roomy apartment , with a bit of a makeover and replacement of some of the permanent fixtur

Pros: Great location especially with kids , roomy apartment , for 2 adults and 2 teenagers .. having hotel facilities is brilliant as well

Cons: Apartment needs a bit of an update , cupboard doors fell off , toilet in main bathroom was faulty , didn’t always flush properly, and the safe didn’t work, staff came to help , was able to lock our valuables in but then the battery died and the staff misplaced the key so our things were locked inside , had to get other staff members in to drill out the safe in order to open it , although staff were helpful and cleaned up after , it wasn’t ideal as we had plans to go out but had to wait around to sort the safe out for the second time . Was still a nice stay but could definitely do with an update on the fixtures inside .

Would stay again! Great for families.

Pros: Location is superb. So close to the beach, shops, restaurants, transport, and the access to the resorts facilities with pools, playgrounds, restaurant etc. Yet surprisingly quiet inside even though it is near the lift, which is handy. Spacious apartment is just perfect for families. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Plenty of PowerPoints. Reliable wifi. Daily housekeeping.

Cons: The occasional funky smell, but hey, that’s Bali and I know we need to expect that to some degree. But the wooden cupboards in the kitchen emitted a pretty foul cheesy smell, and it sometimes smelt mouldy in parts of the apartment, which wasn’t pleasant. Towels were clean but some were stained and looked dirty.

Pros: We have been to Bali, particularly the Legian/Seminyak area, many times. The location was excellent and exactly where we wanted to be to walk to locations of interest or a quick taxi ride elsewhere. The apartment was neat, clean, and had everything our family needed. The resort had great pools, which kept the kids entertained, and the gym was decent enough for our 17yo to use.

Cons: Some of the beds in the apartment were quite hard, causing back pain, which made sleeping difficult some nights. The price of drinks in the pool bar was expensive when compared with other accommodation in the area.

Excellent apartment, well equipped, clean and spacious.

Pros: Very neat and clean. Cleaning staff did an amazing job daily. The large water cooler/dispenser was fantastic, saved us a lot of trouble paying for and carting multiple large bottles of water to the room being a family of 4. We loved having two bathrooms and so much space in the whole apartment.

Cons: The music at night from the bar across the road was loud.

Had a nice relaxing holiday.

Pros: Location was great for our family. Space in the villa was fantastic for 4 adults. Would be great for family of 6

Lovely

Pros: We love the location! Easy walk to Kuta. The rooms are on the older side, but they don't lack anything. Staff were lovely aside from one man upon check in.

Cons: No warning when they fogged for insects 😅

Cons: Beds could do with a pillow top mattress cover as quite hard. Very noisy eg. music from bars. Definitely not apartment owners fault.

Pros: Spacious lounge dining kitchen area. Two bathrooms. All the resort facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Location brilliant, beach one side and shopping and restaurants the other

Cons: A little noisy from close by bars Balcony which is only outside view to small for 4 ppl to sit

Pros: Breakfast at the buffet was good, though on the pricier side as it was $20 aud per adult. we chose to eat elsewhere most days

Cons: The apartment above was dragging around furniture all day/ a lot of the night that we were there. this kept our children awake. It was really noisy from our apartment. There was also some sort of animal in the ceiling space that was crawling around sporadically
