Good hotel excellent location would go again.

Pros: Friendly staff nice room good facilities and location.

Cons: Main pool closed due to repair work. Should have been informed prior to arrival. Were 2 other pools we could use but not the point.

Superb hotel

Pros: The hotel was very nice, well maintained, great pool area. The rooms were excellent rooms, very clean and in good decorative order. Very good food both breakfast and from pool bar. Staff are superb, so helpful and friendly with great customer service. Great location, you walk straight onto the beach.

Cons: Could not fault anything with the hotel, it was a haven. Would not choose to stay at Seminyak again.

It was just as amazing the sexond time with my good friend Janine as it was with my mum and sister last April.

Pros: I liked absolutely everything about my stay here: the staff; the decor; the comfortable and spacious rooms, the spacious and comfortable beds; the yoga classes; the ease with which to either go walking for a massage or hop in a taxi to experience fine dining in Seminyak. I will definitely be returning.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing i didn’t like, except for the annoying young woman on the riding tour who dictated what time the tour would end.

Pros: Everything. Staff are amazing. Lovely spacious rooms. An oasis after spending your day in Seminyak. The breakfast is incredible.

Loved the hotel, would stay again , for location especially

Pros: The team were friendly and very helpful, my husband left his sunglasses at the table and they kept them at reception with his name on them.

Cons: Beds were too hard, need more padding or a topper for better comfort, expected a more plush feel for an high end hotel.

Good luxury hotel to stay in Bali.

Pros: We liked the room, and the food was great quality and good value. All the decor was stylish.

Cons: The beach was disappointing, and there was a small busy lane between the beach and the hotel.

Excellent hotel in a central location with very comfortable rooms and great service.

Pros: Our room was spacious and well appointed. The buffet breakfast at Makase had a wide selection of choices and the a la carte breakfast at SugarSand was great as well. All staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

Simply a magical stay!

Pros: Everything! Check in, Pools and Pool service. Cafe, room service. Such a beautiful resort, it was my birthday during my stay and they made my stay special by marking my room available earlier and giving me a slice of cake.
