AMAZING! Stay here when in Seminyak

Pros: Everything! Our favourite stay of the trip! Staff were exceptional The property is beautiful and well maintained and our villa was perfect. Location was great Food was excellent and including personalised notes Pool beautiful Wish we had stayed here longer and would definitely stay again

Excellent customer service with extremely friendly staff

Pros: Staff were very friendly! Really went above and beyond, for example we did one of their free activities where we were taught how to make a Canang sari with staff members Ade, Devi and Ani who were all very friendly and the activity itself was very in-depth. I liked the ease of communication with staff who contacted us with frequent information on Wattsapp, and there was always a friendly staff member at the front desk. They very happily let us leave our luggage on arrival, throughout our stay we got many compilmentary gifts and drinks, and the included breakfast was really big and yummy! Rooms were super nice and clean, and I even left something behind after checkout which I would've been devastated to lose, which one of the staff members noticed and gave to me before we left. Very central location in Seminyak with short walk to the beach and shops.

Cons: The only tiny thing was that the pool was a little small, we were looking forward to using it but didn't end up doing so because there was always someone in there which made it a little crowded.

Perfect stay

Pros: Lovely stay at Annora villa the food was really good and the staff very friendly and accommodating especially Ani, Era, Ade and all team members

Pros: Nice place, the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: Maybe a bit noise if get one of the rooms next to the street.

Pros: This has to be one of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed Above and beyond attention from all the staff , the amazing breakfast and the little touches all of which were so thoughtful and did not go unnoticed The location is quiet but within a 5 minute walk to the beach shopping and restaurants I cannot fault this place Oh and do yourself a favour and book the royal day spa pamper . Good lord … what an experience

Pros: I have stayed here before and it again was exceptional, 10/10 on every thing. The staff were amazing, Shri in the kitchen was absolutely fantastic, Krisna,Made,Ani in the restaurant gave excellent service at all times. Panji and Augus room service was always professional and always greeted you with a great smile. Wayan, fantastic guy and always looking to make your stay perfect. Pros: If you want to experience authentic Balinese hospitality then stay here. All the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

Pros: Good location close to beach staff amazing a credit to the hotel breakfast was fabulous the room was excellent and turn down a lovely touch

Would stay again

Pros: The staff were amazing. They met every one of our requests instantly and were so friendly. The rooms were some of the cleanest rooms I have ever staying in in Bali and they had 3 different types of pillows to choose from. So good

Cons: I always prefer a buffet style breakfast. They had set Menu for breaky. The food was okay though

Totally recommended! Bali vibe 10/10

Pros: Exceptional! Big cozy room. Stuff took care of everything. Breakfast - I have never seen anything like this before. It was à la carte and looked like just in a photo in a menu in some fancy restaurant.

Cons: Noise from outside the street if your windows are on the road, but not that bad.
