Pros: The villa is clean and quiet. The pool was cleaned every 2 to 3 days, and was lovely. Staff were friendly.

Lovely staff, beautiful villa and FABULOUS location!!
Pros: This was a really beautiful space, we loved the pool and garden area to soak up the sun, the lounge room was also lovely as it had all the streaming services for a movie night! Amazing for a small group holiday.
Cons: The couch in the lounge room appears to be an outdoor one, the cushions constantly slide while sitting on it, making it uncomfortable being used.

Perfect place to stay
Pros: Everything was great. Perfect location and all facilities you may need was in villa. Pool and rooms were very clean. Staff were always helpful and very kind. We were very happy with our choice.

Very nice villas in the heart of Seminyak.
Pros: Pool was awesome. Perfect for our small family to enjoy and keep an eye on young kids. Enclosed family area helped contain kids, keep us cool during the day and manage mosquitoes. Bedrooms were generous size with large comfy bed.
Cons: Pity about the construction next door going all day. But That’s Bali 😅 Not that close to the beach but an easy taxi ride away. Nothing specific about the property we didn’t like.

Pros: Kadek is the #1 good thing about this villa, he is excellent, very helpful and very prompt. He made our stay very enjoyable. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable, we LOVE LOVE LOVE the pool
Cons: The villa itself could use some touch ups, door is a bit wobbly, bathroom, wardrobe and kitchen need some attention, but overall it was a very relaxing stay for us

Lovely 2 bedroom Villa in the heart of Seminyak
Pros: Beautiful Villa, in an area near lots of shopping, restaurants and eat street. Easy walk to beach. Beds are huge and comfortable, plenty room for everyone. Pool was serviced every day. Very friendly staff. Outdoor area lovely for relaxing in.
Cons: The Villa wasn’t cleaned every day which was disappointing, especially as the pool was cleaned daily. Bins were only emptied once during our 5 day stay. Had to ask for towel change and it only happened once. There is an ironing board but no iron and despite asking, no iron was left there. There is a water cooler but no large bottle of water was left - didn’t know if we had to buy our own but we couldn’t get it to work anyway.

Pros: We did not request breakfast. Location was great with plenty of eateries and shopping facilities near by. Bintang Supermarket was only a 15 minute walk away. It was a 20 minute walk to the beach. The villa itself was very nice with comfortable beds. Pool was great, lovely and cool. The garden surrounds were tropical and beautifully maintained. The villa was very peaceful and quiet. The filtered water system was excellent. Kadek and villa staff were very polite, friendly and quick in attendance.
Cons: Villa was advertised as having 24 hour security and front desk. However, these did not exist. Advertised Netflix, but this did not work and the staff were unable to fix despite their efforts. There was no plug for the kitchen sink. Villa needs some kitchen towels for drying dishes.
