Would stay again

Pros: We love this location as we are close by to everything we need & we are right between Seminyak & Legian. Quiet location but super convenient.

Pros: Kadek and staff were awesome. Thank-you Kadek for all the help with everything. We cannot say enough praise for Kadek, cleaning staff and pool man..All beyond excellent and above. Thank you.

Cons: We didn't like that in the pictures it shows smaller growth of plants that displayed a much open space. Trees had grown so tall in second bedroom area it was uncomfortable. We.fpund that although plants are beautiful they are more beautiful with presence where they do not affect the pool area as each day was a mess of big leaves in the pool and around the yard.. This was not attractive and a hindrance. Having a table and 4 chairs out is open area outside the livnijg room doors would be nice perk with covered overhang so guests can enjoy sitting out in covered area with the rain.. Amenities were very weak in so far as appliances storage containers, tuppare, etc. Having a good knife and cuterly set up would be advised. Possibly some better cooking tools after all this is why most go to a house that we can cook for ourselves. Needing some updating.. A large mirror would be wonderful for each bedroom for ladies. The staff are to be commended for above excellence in trying very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Many thanks to you all for all that you did to make our stay there.more enjoyable..

Very enjoyable and relaxing…

Pros: The staff were extremely accomodating. Any minor issues they addressed straight away. Thank you Kadek for such a wonderful stay. The facilities were fantastic and would certainly stay here again.

Pros: The property was located close to cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and atms. It was a great size for four adults. Plenty of space in the living area and pool area to hang out. The pool was great, lots of sun during the day but still nice in evenings under shade. Kadek our host was fantastic, checking in daily and offering tourist advice. Couldn’t regard him higher, he always went out of his way with little gestures.

Cons: Honestly it was hard to fault. Sometimes in the mornings the shower was warm rather than hot, but that’s being picky. The facility was fantastic.

Pros: The location was fantastic and the host was lovely. They messaged every day asking if we needed cleaning and were very helpful. The pool was lovely and shaded for most of the day which is great for our easily sunburnt family! There was also a water filter in the room which was great! The aircon in every room worked really well and the wifi was excellent.

Awesome Villa

Pros: Amazing outdoor area and pool. Staff were excellent and very accommodating Close to a lot of amenities.

Very nice and relaxing. Great location.

Pros: The villa was beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Came and cleaned the villa daily and gave us towels, toilet paper etc. Staff recommended activities and in home massages that were great. There were security staff at night which made us feel safe.

Cons: The drains smelt a little bit when we arrived but staff fixed the smell when we asked.

Pros: Location was perfect very close to many restaurants, the staff were amazing super friendly and helped with anything we needed

Pros: Понравилось абсолютно всё, милейшая вилла, много зелени, отличный бассейн, огромная кухня, очень удобные 2 изолированные спальни. Есть лежаки. Очень удобно, что на виллу можно вызвать массажиста. И очень удобно, что вещи в стирку мы отдавали прям на вилле.

Cons: Единственное чего не хватало это большого зеркала в полный рост.

Wonderful holiday spot in Seminyak

Pros: The villa is gorgeous, tucked away off a busy street and away from the noise, has the perfect size and temp private pool and plenty of space to lounge. Staff were also super helpful and responsive with any questions or issues we had.

Cons: The location overall is walkable to a ton of stuff, but a bit of a trek from the beach so be aware if you are wanting to go to the beach a lot from this villa.
