Would certainly stay there again and recommend it to other people.

Pros: Even though in the heart of Kuta it was quiet within the hotel and grounds. We had a Royal Family Suite which was spacious and well laid out. Staff were friendly and efficient. Very relaxing place to stay.

Cons: The restaurant where the buffet breakfast is served is open to a busy couple of roads.

Pros: Everything was pretty good That was great facilities amazing. Definitely would stay again.

Cons: The shower was a bit average couldn’t fix it and the knobs kept falling off the wall. The rain shower kept dripping freezing cold water while trying to take a shower They offered to change rooms but we just couldn’t be bothered. It was fine.

Hidden oasis in the hustle bustle of kuta

Pros: we had a great stay at ramayana - nice clean rooms - close to everything - markets at the front - across from bodi spa, had the stadium sports bar attached - a hidden oasis - we loved the pool area - loved the convenience of washing machines and dryers for guests - best happy hour cocktails - great Buffett breakfast - would definitely stay again

A perfect leisure stay — comfortable, peaceful, and truly a 10/10 experience.

Pros: The location is excellent — right in the heart of Kuta, close to the beach, shopping areas, and plenty of restaurants, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing. I stayed in a single suite with a king-size bed, and the room was fantastic — spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The balcony was a highlight, offering a calm and serene view which made mornings and evenings very special. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options to start the day well. I absolutely loved the room and the peaceful balcony view. The overall ambiance of the resort was relaxing, and everything felt well taken care of.

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The rooms were very good and clean. The location was perfect and had lots of eating options nearby. The food at the hotel restaurant was good too. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. good value for money
