Pros: We absolutely loved the friendliness of your staff. Every interaction felt warm, welcoming and genuine, which made a big difference to our stay. Travelling with a 5-year-old, we truly valued how kind and patient your team were. The location was awesome, close to the mall, walked across the road to Waterbom, a lot of bars and restaurants next door and within walking distance. The breakfast was also a highlight for us — there was a great selection each morning and everything was fresh and well presented. A big thank you to your cooks Shanti and Soli and your friendly waitresses. It was such a relaxed way to start our day. Thank you for making our Bali holiday enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Cons: There was no kids club. No ventilation in the bathroom.

Pros: Pretty much everything. Spacious rooms, great facilities and gorgeous gardens. Beautiful place for relaxation. Loved the ladies at breakfast. They were so sweet and helpful.

I loved staying at the Bali Gaden BeachResort

Pros: I was surprised by how beautiful this resort was, the gardens, pools and buildings captured everything i hoped i would find in Bali. it was very budget friendly. the staff were lovely. the services offered by the Spa were excellent and very affordable.

Cons: there was construction noise from the Kuta Beach restoration, but it wasn't too noisy or disruptive.

What's not to like. This place was awesome.

Pros: The gardens were beautiful the rooms were large. The location was amazing. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The spa was amazing. The pool was great. There was nothing not to like. And its restaurants were delicious.

Cons: The only thing was the squirrels would pee on the balcony hand rails. The first time we went on them we smelt of urine. We learnt pretty quickly not to do that again. That is nature.. not.the hotels fault at all.

A green sanctuary in the heart of Kuta, a must stay experience.

Pros: The gardens were beautiful and made us feel like we were in a sanctuary in the middle of Kuta. The large lagoon pool was also a standout.

Cons: Nothing as a standout.

Relaxing 😌 perfect location

Pros: The location was amazing , the views from our room of the gardens truly special , the staff amazing 🤩 the buffet breakfast was the best we had in Bali . Every day it changed which was even better 😊 the restaurants that are part of Bali garden are amazing with food choice and amazing staff at all of them . We will definitely stay again .

Pros: The convenience of everything being in one place was fantastic, the staff were so accommodating.

Cons: The sink and the bath plug would get stuck, however the staff were able to fix each time

Cons: Water in showers had a terrible stench, likely the cause of my ear infection as I don't put my head under in pools. Graders and large machinery parked and working right out the front on the beach. Many of the best restaurants were further up in Northern Legian and Seminyak area.

Lovely short stay, breakfast ok.

Pros: Thoroughly enjoyed the adults only pool. Small but private and quiet.

Cons: The breakfast. Other than the egg station it was nothing great. To get an espresso coffee it comes from the cafe business linked to the resort out on the front road. No espresso machine at the breakfast area, only drip coffee. Happy to pay for an espresso but didn’t think it would take so long and from another business. For some, coffee is everything. The breakfast we had a Vira Bali was phenomenal!!
