INCREDIBLE.......love the villa

Pros: Enjoyed our own pool and how quiet the surrounds. Breakfast was relaxing by the pool. Fantastic staff.

Cons: Lane to get to the villa was a little dangerous when it rained but otherwise it was fine.

Awesome, comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: Loved the overall vibe of the place. It had great privacy, was comfy and relaxing. Staff cleaned the rooms everyday so it was great. All the staffs were humble and polite. Awesome service. Loved the room service as well. The food was great too. Loved the overall experience, would love to come back in the future.

Pros: Everyone was so lovely. Wanda kept in contact about any issues and when we needed our room cleaned due to the sign being outside in the wind. The breakfast was lovely, we loved we could order eggs and coffees as well as what was apart of the buffet.

Pros: The villa was beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful

Cons: The fridge is a bit small, being aussie we like to stock the fridge with Bintangs and coke. We adjusted to the issue with buying cans of coke instead of bottles as be purchased duty free spirits on the way to drink in out room.

The best stay

Pros: The staff were always so friendly, helpful & accommodating. Accidently booked the wrong room, they offered me a bigger room. The room was massive & perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, enough furniture inside & outside to make it a small home for the couple of weeks we were there. Couldn't have asked for more helpful staff, always going above & beyond. My partner locked me out of the villa & fell asleep, they found a way to get me inside in a short amount of time. The room was always cleaned daily @ our convenience (when we were out). So happy with my stay, would definitely recommend.

Cons: The water wasnt working a couple times so I had to call reception, it was fixed within minutes.
