Great staff, location and facilities but rain storms spoiled the our stay.

Pros: The staff were excellent in every way! We stayed three nights and although a series of rain storms spoiled the use of the hotel facilities, staff worked hard to clean up and attend to our needs.

Cons: Unfortunately there were a series of major rainstorms and the hotel basement was flooded, resulting in the water being shut off. Also the street in front of the hotel was flooded so our driver we had hired, was unable to pick us up so we spent one day in the hotel waiting to hear if the water would be fixed. Finally were were moved to another Holiday Inn, which was very good, but communication and the logistics of the move could have been better. Thanks to the staff of both hotels for working hard to make the best of the situation.

Excellent stay and value for money.

Pros: Excellent choice of stay. Complimentary pick up from airport was prompt, check in was swift and the Duty Manager Ariwan led the way with exemplary service. Breakfast was included and a varied offering was available. The breakfast team many of whom were hospitality students displayed courtesy and were all customer service orientated. The room had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great stay and highly recommend staying at The Holiday Inn Express. See you on our return visit.

Perfect for who need a close place to the airport.

Pros: Very close to the airport, 10 to 15 minutes ride whit a taxi. Free breakfast in the morning whit an extreme varieties of food, drinks ans sweets. Free welcome drink on the rooftop bar whit pool. Less than 5 min walking to the closet beach. Located in the heart of Kuta, one of the most touristic areas.

Cons: Anything.

Pros: Amazing service, great breakfast, nice clean rooms for a good price. Great pool and bar on the rooftop.

Hidden Gem

Pros: We had admired the hotel from afar, and now having stayed there, it is a wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. The complimentary shuttle is a great bonus. All of the Reception, Guest Services and Dining staff at the hotel were all so Amazing with their warm and considerate hospitality. The reception and dining areas were kept immacutely clean. The rooftop pool vistas were absolutely stunning! There was a nice selection of delicious western and eastern food for breakfast each morning. We loved our room, it was comfortable and had a nice shower with luxury lotions; it was always great to return to a clean and refreshed room (so thank you very much to the house-keeping team). The location is also good, close to Lippo Mall and other businesses. One of the better hotels that we have stayed in. We hope to visit again in the near future. Terima kasih and Selamat tinggal 🙏

Pros: Shuttle bus to the airport is awesome, only 3 of us but they gave us anyway. All the crew always smile and offering help all the time.A
