Excellent location and staff but price is at the high end for the overall experience.
Pros: Excellent location, very good set up with the living area and pool. Felt secure. The shower was roomy and the water nice and hot. WhatsApp communications with staff were timely and very helpful.
Cons: The bed was good but very firm. The Villa is starting to show its age- the website pictures must be 10 years + old. Can hear neighbouring Villa quests when others are outside as well.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Highly recommend!
Pros: Service was fantastic, communication was very easy with hosts. It was very clean and beautifully set up. The pool is wonderful and location is close to everything! Loved our stay and we will be back!

A relaxing stay
Pros: Despite being so close to the street it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. The pool was lovely and bed super comfortable. The sun lounges had a good amount of sun throughout the day. On the doorstep of all the restaurants , cafes and bars. Walking distance to the beach for walks and swimming. Agung was incredibly helpful at check in at the property and made sure the villa was spotless. He was helpful with all my questions and allowed me to drop my bag off early at the villa.

Nice villa with great private pool in the heart of Seminyak.
Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Seminyak for shopping and dining. But just far enough off the main strip so was very quiet (except for occassional noises from the construction going on next door). Villa was fresh and modern. Private pool was fantastic and good size. Nice fridge and kitchenette. TV with Cable.
Cons: The bedroom was a little small whilst the outdoor alfresco was quite large. The designer got the proportions wrong as the bedroom needed to be bigger and to fit a desk. Important because it is only the bedroom that is airconditioned so if you need to do any laptop work, you had to do it from the alfresco which was hot and humid conditions.

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing stay. The villa had everything we needed and was in a brilliant location.
Pros: Fantastic location and gorgeous villa. The staff at the villa were wonderful and organised transport for us from the airport and met us at the villa on arrival. They were easy to get in touch with and super helpful during our stay. The villa was PERFECT for the two of us. It was very comfortable, cleaned every day and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay in the heart of Seminyak.
Pros: From the moment we walked in we were so impressed by how nice and airy the villa was. It has so many utensils and a water machine which gives you instant hot and cold water. The little pool was great. The silence at night time was great. We really loved it here. It is just down the lane from Revolver cafe and there are so many restaurants and cafes minutes away. Ku de ta in just around the corner and the beach is very easy to walk to

Fantastic central location in Seminyak
Pros: This Villa is in an amazing location, close to everything in Seminyak. We walked everywhere and never had to catch a taxi or scooter. As It's off a laneway, it's actually very quiet, and the sounds of the water jets in the pool almost completely block out the traffic noises. The villa is a 2 minute walk to Revolver, and we had breakfast there most mornings when we didn't have to depart early for a day trip. One morning, we got takeaway coffee to have with our toast for breakfast. We also had dinner and cocktails at Revolver one evening. The Villa is exactly like the photos, except that the plants around the pool have now grown higher than the fence, providing more privacy and a tropical feel. Staff were very helpful, and we communicated with them through What's App. They provide cleaning every day and promptly replaced a toaster that was not working. We didn't need cleaning one day and were able to communicate that easily via What's App.
Cons: The bedroom was a bit on the small side, but we only had small carry-on suitcases, so we had enough space to store them in the corners of the room at the end of the bed. They did not provide conditioner, only shampoo, handwash, and bodywash. So, byo conditioner or purchase it when you get there. The kitchen and lounge area are outdoors, but mosquito coils, repellent, and insect spray are provided. We did not notice many mosquitoes.

Luxury in great location
Pros: The villa was perfect, all you need, especially when youre a 1 min walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Seminyak. It was quiet and very private. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos.
Cons: I read other reviews about not much space to store suitcases in the bedroom, and we only had a small bag, I can see how this would be a problem if you travel with a lot of stuff.

Exceptional villa! Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable!
Pros: The villa was probably even more beautiful than we expected! We were really looking forward to the openness of the villa, and yet it was still completely private. The furnishings and finish throughout were top class, and you can tell that they had put a lot of thought into everything. We were also met on arrival by the host who gave us a short tour and explained everything. We would 100% stay here again.
Cons: Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our stay here. If you are wanting to be by the beach, do be mindful that it is 25-30 min walk away, but we were fine with this.

Great location for restaurants
Pros: The location is perfect. Down an ally but not too far down. The Revolver Espresso on the corner was awesome we ate there nearly everyday. Pool was great, the bathroom wasn’t an outdoor bathroom which I prefer as otherwise I get sweaty as soon as I come out the shower. They had filtered water by the door that was included which was awesome too. It was very clean. Staff were very accommodating.
Cons: I found the pillows a bit hard (but I usually do in Bali), the villa was a little bit small for the price but it was big enough. They didn’t offer breakfasts but revolver is on the corner which was handy. This area of Seminyak is more expensive than just a few streets away (than more south).
