Modern villa with great central location
Pros: Access to keys was extremely easy, the host kept in touch to ensure there was someone to receive us when we arrived. The communication was great overall with both check-in/out kindly facilitated by a host representative.
Cons: There were two things that would have made our experience that much more comfortable: 1. Pool light didn't work - The pool didn't have a working light so we couldn't use the pool at night. I expressed this to the host and was told it would be fixed the following day, that didn't happen and it was a shame as we couldn't use the pool that night either. 2. The hot water and water from the bidet had an interesting smell, like sulphur, I am not sure what the issue is here perhaps it is the mains in the area so may be a hard on to fix. We mainly used the cold water and that was perfectly fine.

Pros: This villa was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. Right in the heart of Seminyak and a walking distance to everything you need.
Cons: Our only slight issue was the size of the bathroom, it was a tad crowded and could probably benefit from a slightly larger bathroom if/where possible.

Pros: Location was spectacular, right on Eat Street and the villa was new with great mod-cons. Best place I've stayed in Bali!
Cons: No complaints at all, the stay was fantastic from start to finish.

Perfect Getaway
Pros: The manager met us on site. We communicated through WhatsApp.
Cons: no flyscreens so we couldn't leave the door open at all but I think this is the norm in Bali.

Highly recommend this villa. We have best stay in Bali. Quite area, but in few steps grape paces to shop and eat.
Pros: Location is great. Villa is perfect for staying. Pool , big kitchen area, comfortable bad. Area was full of good places to eat .
Cons: All was good.

Pros: The location is the hugest plus! We loved the pool, the bed was so lovely, well equipped and clean, staff were communicable and helpful, this is our new favourite place in Bali
Cons: We loved everything but I will note that if you like a soft bed youll need to look elsewhere, some night time noise from surrounding villas but overall is not a problem

Love this villa and will definitely stay again
Pros: I love this villa, it’s great for 2 people. The location is perfect just down the alley from Revolver Cafe and not a far walk to the beach. It’s quiet and private and so peaceful They provide a water machine so you have unlimited access to hot and cold water instantly. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them.

Modern, vlean, and tastefully designed Villa near every urban necessities one may desire on a holiday.
Pros: Our holiday fell on Nyepi. The staff were very helpful, informing us in advance of the restrictions and provided support in getting our grocery requests. The property is very clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The pool was also clean and refreshing. The only flaw of this property is the bidet-the water was foul-smelling, hence, didnt use it. I hope that will be looked into and remedied. And for those who require a spacious property grounds, this Villa doesnt have it. The moment you step out of the property door, you are practically in the street. But the property location is excellent as it a stone’s throw away from a spa, a mall, Revolver Espresso cafe, Backyard (with an excellent live guitarist/singer, several spas, and around 10 minutes to the beach. Overall, it was a great 3.5 days in this property.
