Perfection

Pros: Security at entrance and cameras in communal pathway. Staff very accommodating, respectful, helpful and very kind Clean and quiet and facilities in villas excellent Definitely loved the outdoor living area and the space to either soak in sun or relax on lounge in open air space connected to great sized kitchen table. Fridge full size and staff always ensured water and essentials well stocked. Definitely highly recommend . Pool size depth and cleanliness perfect. Gardens beautiful and well maintained. Bed and pillows very comfortable and blockout blinds as well as sheer blinds. Bathrooms all indoors and clean and spacious with aircon. Safe area and able to easily walk to places daytime or nighttime and venues to dine in or utilise Gojek if needed. Close to shopping in all directions. As Bali a favourite destination especially Seminyak I’ve recommended to friends and family. Thank you to staff for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fabulous stay with friends

Pros: We booked 3 rooms within one villa, all looked the same, which is really good when travelling with people.

Cons: Everything was great. The staff is super friendly, they are very helpful.

We were welcomed like favourite friends, the villa was wonderful, lovely spaces and great location!we will be back!

Pros: The property was lovely. Great for us all to have our own space as well as a large common space and pool.

Cons: A ceiling fan in the open space would be a nice addition, but given the pool, we were able to stay cool.

Quiet luxury

Pros: JB Villas is central in Seminyak but very quiet as set back from the main road. The staff are fantastic, particularly having one staff member allocated to the Villa, Ayu was awesome!

Pros: The location was so easy to get to, the bedrooms were beautiful with King size beds very comfortable and clean.

Cons: I don’t have anything bad to say about the Property.

Great place to start your holiday. Excellent location.

Pros: The villa was spacious. There were lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff were very helpful. We felt it was quite private

Cons: Some of the linen could be cleaner and we would have liked more in the kitchen e.g a microwave to reheat food.

Lovely property, safe and comfortable

Pros: Super clean and lovely staff that were happy to accommodate our needs. Gorgeous deep baths in all rooms. Owners Paul and Tia were so helpful. The location was fine for us - easy walk to the things we wanted to do. We had no issues with mosquitoes and just because two of us are highly sensitive, they got in some portable nets to be sure. Not a single bite! Perfect. Pool was lovely and kept clean. Roomy fridge with a store just over the road for topping up drinks etc. We had a christmas lunch brought in and staff were helpful in ensuring our deliveries found us.

Cons: Nothing negative stood out. We were there in wet season so floor could get slippery when rains came into open lounge area - but towels were easy to lay and staff so helpful with extra mat as well. The upper rooms do take longer to cool off due to gorgeous high ceilings so keeping them closed was helpful. If there was anything I would add it would be ceiling fan to support the floor fan in the lounge and a bar fridge upstairs so when you are on the sun lounges you don't have to go downstairs (and that's just being lazy ha ha). One thing to note is that the delivery apps like Grab and Gojek seemed to struggle to find the entrance despite signage so giving them details of the laneway helps!

Really nice place, with friendly staff

Pros: The property was amazing. The location was good, near the airport and night life and shopping districts. The service was also exceptional, the villa was cleaned everyday and the staff was always kind and helpful. They also helped us with a lot of stuff, such as helping us fix broken slippers, and even holding on to our stuff after we checked out so that we could go around first and collect our luggage before going off to the airport. The amenities are good as well, with a tv in each room including the living room, a water dispenser, fridge, kitchen. There was also a pool and a safe to deposit our belongings. Overall i felt very safe and comfortable in the villa and would highly recommend it especially for the price

Fantastic villa, shame about the neighbours!

Pros: Very clean, friendly staff. Comfortable seating areas. Modern facilities, water dispenser was a nice touch considering the Bali water situation. Good location

Cons: We had an issue with noisy neighbours who were partying in the villa next door. I’m not sure I would recommend the villa to families due to this issue. Security/ management did try to help us however I do accept there is only so much they can do

Awsome ,Amazing ,Incredible Family Friendly 5 ⭐️

Pros: What an amazing property to stay at very clean and modern,Paul Tia and their Magnificent staff made us feel so welcome.Nothing was to hard for them to assist us we had a slight problem with one of the baths but a quick call and we had it fixed within the hour now that’s super fast service. We will definitely be back to stay again and once again this villa is awesome and made even better by the incredible staff and super quite location but still only 200 meters away from the main road
