Villa Sun Lila by JB Villas

Pros: Location, spacious villa, good customer service by the front desk team, very accommodating.

Cons: The living hall and dining is an open air concept, therefore there is no fan or air cond in that area. Can be warm some days.

It was amazing , the staff are the most wonderful people , always helpful and friendly .

Pros: The location is great , transport of all kinds right out the front , a street of shopping at our front door and our villa was so quiet which was great . The staff are amazing people , so friendly and always there to help , I cant thank them enough for there kindness .

Relaxing stay with amazing staff

Pros: The staff were fabulous, very attentive, particularly Komang who went above and beyond to help with our requests. The pool is really nice and the garden area was so beautiful, relaxing and cool. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom which was convenient. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The villa is away from the road, down a beautiful walkway.

Cons: The stairs don’t have a safety rail and are quite steep. There is no microwave which would have been handy.

Pros: Wonderful host who help myself to arrange what I needed to celebrate birthday function.

Pros: We loved that even though your so close to everything when you were back at the villa it was quite and calm.

Villa in the heart of Seminyak

Pros: Very responsive and helpful communication during the booking and our stay. The family enjoyed it so much. Everyone is very hospitable and tried to make our stay as good and enjoyable as possible. We have an elderly who's not mobile, all arrangements were made with ease. Kudos to the team

Cons: Property is going on some refurbishment which is a kudos but nothing major as it is for the comfort for the next guest who comes and stay..always improving!

Pros: Paul and Tia were extremely welcoming and helpful even before we arrived. The special gift left for us on Valentine's day was so thoughtful. The staff were also very happy to assist with any request that we had. The Villa itself is so comfortable and we especially liked the private pool and garden area which made you feel like you were in a tropical oasis.

Great venue and service

Pros: The villa was clean and well-maintained. Paul and Tia were very helpful and ensured that the guests were made comfortable, guiding and providing the required details before and during our stay. Tia recommended some good restaurant options nearby. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: While the breakfast options are good, the facility was used to reheat the breakfast. It would have been great if fresh breakfast had been prepared and served at the villa.

Lovely stay, nice and quiet but also in a central location.

Pros: The villa is beautiful and in a great location, hard to find at first but then easy access to everything. Komang was great, she was extremely helpful and all great customer service.

Cons: I would have to say that the bathrooms need to be cleaned better. There was a lot of soap scum on the tap wear and showers. Which gives the impression that it’s not very clean. One of the bathroom taps kept in spitting out brown gunk when your turned on the water which was also not very pleasant.
