Vast 5bd Villa with Garden and Private Pool 250m to Beach

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this 5-bedroom villa in Bali. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families or groups. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-kept, and the pool area was a highlight — we spent hours relaxing there. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Location is great — close enough to beach and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Seminyak.

Cons: -Shower pressure was low -Pool floor could do away with a bit of scrubbing/cleaning.

Pros: location is great all the staff were accommodating and friendly cleaners were polite and did a fantastic job

Pros: nice villa. fantastic and prompt people to deal with. villa is in an excellent area close to everything. cleaners came every day nothing was too hard for them. would recommend to anyone and we will certainly be back

Practical, convenient, clean, friendly helpful staff

Pros: We all loved having our own bedroom and ensuites !! The location was the most attractive thing that made us book this villa. It was clean, practical and just what we expected from photos. Most of all ….. the staff were the ones who made our stay at the villa perfect !!! Their communication was prompt and nothing was too much trouble . Thankyou so much

Cons: Bathrooms were a little old looking (floor and basins) but were clean

Pros: Great location, large villa enough room for 10 people. The villa manager was very responsive to any request we had. Pool was clean and well maintained as was the whole property.

Cons: Not really any negatives. It is an older style villa so you need to factor that into your expectations but perfect for an extended family or group of friends.

Very good place will definetely come again.

Pros: Villa as pictures. Very spacious and relatively quiet as it is near to main road. Location very good. Near to all amenities. Special thanks to afika, vivi and ingrid. They always check on your need and very responsive on you request. Will recommend for big group. Value for money.

Cons: The road to villa is quite small. If you rent van for a group, they can only pickup by the busy roadside but this is only minor setback and wont affect you much.

Villa was perfect for our family. Manager/staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Tiles around pool very slippery.

Cons: Villa was a little older style and bit worn but still very good and perfect for us . Maybe pool a little chilly but first world problem 😬
