Lovely villa, very comfortable and amazing staff.

Pros: The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Above all, we really loved the staff.

Cons: It was a great stay.

Cons: It wasn’t an easy walk to cafes restaurants shops. We took grab taxis, although very cheap, a little annoying.

Pros: Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly, trying to make you feel perfect. They even reminded me on the first days to order breakfast and to make sure I eat. They provided with everything I needed to feel safe and mosquito free. As long as you keep the door closed, you won’t have any issues with mosquitos or flies or whatever. The AC worked perfect.

Cons: Well a few things really need to be reviewed. The curtains and the drapes need to be washed. They were really dirty. The bathtub - I couldn’t use it, it needs a deep clean, maybe restauration. It was stained and quite dirty. Also there were small bugs walking underneath the non-slip bath mat that was inside of the bathtub. The chairs inside were also full of stains and they looked dirty. I spent most of the time inside, the reason that I went was exactly to fully rest and enjoy some “me” time. So I’m a bit dissappointed that for the 10 days I was there, they only cleaned the pool once! It was heavy raining during the nights, sometimes during the day as well, and the water was green and cloudy after 5 days of not cleaning it. I don’t feel that this is something I should’ve asked for. It’s just the normal maintenance of a pool. Breakfast is poor. Not many choices and not that good, for my taste. *The photos are to see the difference between how the pool was on my first day, and then how it looked after 5 days of rain and not being cleaned.

Best place ever

Pros: The staff are incredible, the private pool with swing bed is amazing, the villa is stunning, we love absolutely everything about Sampatti!
