Excellent

Pros: Really can't fault this place. Host was amazing. Huda was amazing. Location is perfect. Is a large villa so comfortably fits 6 people. Pool is perfect depth, not too deep so is perfect for kids. It's quiet considering so close to main strip. Really enjoyed this place, would 100% recommend to people!

Cons: The only thing I would say about it (which is why i gave it a 9/10), and I did see it mentioned a few times in reviews, the main living area/kitchen area has no air-conditioning, only ceiling fans. When I read the reviews about it I just thought maybe people were being picky... but I do need to agree! Considering the heat in Bali i didn't find it comfortable to sit and chill in there, so we all just ended up either in the pool or in our rooms for some cool relief, and if you're the one cooking, it gets quite intense. Other than that, it is a 10/10 for everything else :)

Pros: We really liked the villa. It was in a great location, with numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance. The villa was very spacious, clean, and tidy, as were the garden and pool. Special thanks go to Huda. He and his colleague were very friendly. Daily cleaning was included, but every two days was enough for us. One day, my friend had a slight stomach upset. Huda reacted immediately and got us some good medication. The next day, everything was fine again. We highly recommend the villa. We had a great time in Bali, and we'll be back.

Pros: It is a place that feels like home away from home. Beautiful surroundings and location. All staff are attentive, kind and knowledgeable.

Amazing family house

Pros: Very spacious house and pool, I love the kitchen, lot of appliances, pan and pots, good knives. Huda our host was great, so helpful, respectful and a great attitude 🙂🙏🏽.

A blissful villa well worth experiencing

Pros: Huda and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always quick to respond to any issues and kept the villa exceptionally cleaned daily. The villa is spacious and easy to relax around the pool and keep cool with air-conditioning and fans.

Cons: My only negative would be the couch weren't very comfortable to sit and watch TV.

Amazing stay, beautiful property, clean and well looked after.

Pros: What a fabulous find!!! My family enjoyed 4 nights and then we extended (so glad it was available!!) large home, beautiful bedrooms, granny flat in the garden. Very family friendly! We loved our stay. Yes it’s an older villa, but it has character and it was clean.

Cons: Nothing. It was all fabulous.

Pros: Everything was great, good location close to good restaurants and shopping nice and spacious clean villa.

Cons: Nothing maybe just a little bit of maintenance here and there but overall sweet as.

Time flies by and we are always looking forward to returning.

Pros: The property is located in a lovely area of Seminyak. The privacy and comfort are excellent. The host Norlan and staff Huda and Ali make the experience fabulous.

We really enjoyed our time at the villa. Conveniently located and down a lovely little gang.

Pros: Ali the cleaner was fabulous, polite, attentive and made the accomodation feel fresh and clean every day.
