Villa Yauda - Charming 3BR w/Private pool & Garden

Great spacious Villa, perfect for families

Pros: Villa Yauda was a great set up for our family. Easy walk to great eateries, especially loved Basil Kitchen next door, La Naya across the road and Coffee Cartel about a 5 minute walk away. There were also several M Marts very close by and Laundry services and the best massage at Diana Spa at the end of the street. Ketut our cleaning lady was so lovely and wanted to help any way she could. The pool was so refreshing for a dip, and each bedroom with air con was fantastic. The water filter was great to have available as well. You could self cater if you wanted, although we chose to eat out during our stay

Cons: The upstairs mezzanine area was too hot to utilize and lots of mosquitoes in the open areas around the dining area, although with regular mosquito repellent we weren't bitten too many times.

10/10 will stay again

Pros: I love the indoor outdoor flow. Aircon was amazing after a day outside. Pool was amazing and have very tall teenagers who loved how deep one side of the pool was. Lovely helpful cleaner who was there to greet us after a long day of travelling to Bali. I recommend this very much!!!

Cons: Very minor but one of the showers only dribbled but we all just showered in the other one. This may be a hassle if staying with friends rather than family. But it was not an issue for us.

Very nice and Ami the host is wonderful

Pros: Host was lovely and helpful. Loved the outdoor areas and the large pool.

Cons: More change over of towels. More English TV channels. Could not get ABC.

Good location and cozy vibes

Pros: This villa lives up to its description! Very charming and cozy. The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities for your stay. Overlooking the pool, it is also the best spot to hang out with your loved ones! One way to describe the room is that it is “crispy”😍 soft linens and great aircons throughout all rooms. Be mindful of the mozzies in the outdoor area, but we found some repellents provided for us which was very nice! Communication from both owner and housekeeper were amazing, checking in and out made easier. Overall, we had such a blast with our stay, perfect for younger guests as it is located in the heart of seminyak with endless options of good restaurants and places for nights out. Thank you!

Pros: Beautiful property on a quiet road with all the necessities that a group staying out need. The pool was a great size and the beds were all comfortable. The housekeeper was very sweet and came most mornings to clean the property, rooms and pool, was easy to contact and very friendly.

Awesome villa and got it at a great price

Pros: Loved how open plan it was. Love the outdoor living. Loved the party lights and fans. Loved the tv connected to YouTube and other services to play music. Loved the aircon rooms. Loved the lady at the villa who was so helpful and lovely

Cons: Could have had some complimentary insect spray.

Nádherná vila blízko centra.

Pros: Oáza, to přesně vám nabídne tato vila. Příchod je 'malým' pralesem, což navozuje perfektní atmosféru. Bazén a celkově celá vila působí vznešeně a poskytuje vše, co si můžete přát.

Prima locatie voor de doorreis

Pros: De kamers en de ruime gelegenheid maakte het af. Een leuk zwembad en ondanks midden in het centrum vrij afgelegen.

Cons: De lucht in de Wc en de kamer met het 1 persoonsbed had een gevaarlijke scheur in de spiegel.

Well equipped Villa in a great spot in Seminyak.

Pros: Wonderful secure and private villa down a little gang in Seminyak. Short walk from the main road, we hardly heard the traffic. The beds were comfy and clean, and our lovely sweet cleaning lady left our rooms refreshed each day. (We didnt need her sometimes and gave her the day off!) Outdoor bathrooms were a pleasant surprise! The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could think of. Very handy for those who want to cook at home. (Not me lol) Easy walking distance to some great restaraunts, Basil Kitchen and Settimo Cielo highly recommended. Large pool that was clean and well lit at night. Maintained just right, not too much chlorine and temperature was amazing.

Cons: I can't think what could have been better, not much to complain about. Great Villa for the price range.
