Astamaya Signature Villas

Price, location, cleanliness was perfect.

Pros: Location, staff always on site, cleaned rooms and pool. Rooms cleaned daily and staff were always avail and on site, as a ladies only group this gave us comfort. We had a late arrival which wasn’t an issue. Wifi worked inside the house and outside by the pool 🙌

Cons: Couldn’t fault it to be honest, everything was perfect

Pros: Loved the sheer size of this villa, and also how new and well looked after the villa was. All the rooms were perfect and the quality of built at this villa was really impressive. Air con was nice and cold and the view from the top deck was brilliant of the volcano’s! Pool was enormously long and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and were happy to accomodate us for a late check out for a small fee which really helped us on our last day! The deluxe 3 bedroom villa was what we had, the big one at the end. I will be returning here again with my family to stay again!

Pros: Very spacious with the indoor living area a huge plus for aircon and lockable glass doors to the pool making this very kid friendly

Cons: Originally we were in a three storey villa so a lot of stairs for kids/ elderly but they were very accomodating and moved us to an alternate villa

Pros: The facilities of Astamaya was amazing! The care takers were also very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs, the rooms were extremely clean and tidy and was always kept clean and tidy

Cons: One of the rooms is secluded on the top of the villa with an outdoor shower and a separate bathroom which gets very hot inside due to the heat.

Pros: Everything was great. Very spacious property , huge space living room upstairs and downstairs , very good location in central Seminyak . Can’t get better private villa in same location.

Pros: This villa is amazing! It’s very new, with plenty of space and a super comfortable atmosphere. The location is good, and there’s even a breakfast service where someone comes to cook at the villa in the morning — so special! The staff were polite and friendly. Whenever we needed extra supplies, they responded as quickly as possible. The pool was big, and when we wanted swimming rings, they provided them. We booked a 6-person room type, which included a free 30-minute spa session for 2 people; the rest needed to pay separately. Still, it was absolutely wonderful! A truly great experience — I’ll definitely recommend it to others.

Cons: The room on the ground floor had a bit of a musty smell, which might not be great for people sensitive to that. There was no hot water in the middle of the night, but all the other wonderful things made up for it.

Lovely villa for a family holiday, spacious and beautiful, wonderful staff, good location for Seminyak.

Pros: Clean and newly renovated villa, spacious and lovely decor. Staff was very helpful and friendly, when we requested different things via WhatsApp, it was delivered within 10-30minutes. Pool was great for the kids, just a bit chilly during monsoon season. Our family loved our stay and highly recommend it, excellent value for top notch stay.

Cons: The third (smallest) room was located on the top floor across the main building with an uncovered walkway that’s about 5-10 steps long, not a major issue but just slightly annoying. The third room is also not a suite, you need to exit your room to access the toilet, though it’s right next door. The toilet is completely fine and nicely decorated, but shower which is also separate to the toilet room, is undecorated and quite underwhelming. Overall this is also not a major issue at all, won’t stop us from recommending this villa.

Extremely comfortable stay. The service was excellent.

Pros: Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Location was good with plenty of shops a short walk away. The property is quite and the pool was lovely. Service from the team was excellent - very responsive.

Cons: The Villa needs a bit more cleaning - it was a little dusty - perhaps no one had stayed in the villa for some time? We had issue with the power supply and the generator, which was very loud, kicked in. The team was quick to react and moved us to the next villa.

Pros: Our stay at Astamaya was absolutely phenomenal from the service to the villa to everything in between. The family and I honestly didn’t want to leave! The villas are absolutely stunning, and every little detail was so thoughtfully curated from the cozy interiors to the warm hospitality. There was nothing missing, right down to the little things like a rice cooker. It truly felt like a home away from home, pure bliss from start to finish. We even had the butlers come and cook us breakfast every morning, and it was absolutely delicious.
