Great location, friendly staff
Pros: Both villas were in a very central location, close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was fairly average—probably fine once, but after that, it’s better to go out, as there are plenty of nearby restaurants serving amazing food.
Cons: I would have appreciated being welcomed with a drink on arrival, as is common in many other villas, and having the payment process completed after checking into the rooms. While the staff at the villa were very nice, the check-in process itself felt a bit rushed and somewhat overwhelming.

Pros: The location and facilities as well as the peace and quiet.
Cons: Only some small issues which I raised with the clean/maintenance and guest reservation staff, which were: Some loose and fractured ceramic tiles in the pool. Window frame loose in master bedroom bathroom. I worked with the staff to temporarily rectify the window frame so the window could be closed and locked. Also need to have contract change to introduce credit card use for damage protection waiver agreement without need for disclosure of credit card details in written form.

Pros: We’ve had such a great time, we felt at home from the moment we stepped in. The villa is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a week or even a month’s stay. It’s just walking distance from restaurants, spas, and supermarkets. The layout of the villa is mind-blowing, and the privacy of the swimming pool is a real bonus. The staff who took care of our villa, Harry and Eko, did a great job, and we are very thankful for their dedication and kindness. Thank you so much!

Perfect location with the best villa attendants
Pros: This villa was awesome, Harry & Eko were absolutely amazing & made our stay that much better !!! They were extremely helpful & accommodating, made us feel welcome & comfortable & were always available any time we needed anything. The location was perfect close to everything & great value for money
Cons: Water pressure wasn’t the greatest but also wasn’t a deal breaker

Beautiful location right near lots of restaurants and shops however secluded and private making it your own little parad
Pros: The location of the villa was perfect. Very close to many restaurants and activities however the villa itself was secluded and private. Harry did a wonderful job at upkeeping the villa and answering any questions we needed. He was very considerate of our time. The villa was beautiful with amazing gardens and a private pool. It was very safe with locks at each bedroom, the front of the villa we were in and the front of the secret villas. The villa was always cool and air conditioned and had Bluetooth & chrome cast to stream anything you needed. This villa had everything we needed for our stay.
Cons: The main bathroom shower head was a little weak and the lights flickered at times however this was not a major issue at all.

Beautiful property with a comfortable stay
Pros: Beautiful comfortable villa with private pool. Rooms and bathrooms were big and comfortable. Was able to watch Netflix by logging into my account. There was a beautiful koi pond inside the villa. Will definitely book this property again. It was close to the main areas. Just walking distance from everything.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.

Beautiful villa in the perfect Seminyak location
Pros: Beautiful large property, location was perfect; easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Harry and Echo looked after us so so well. The pool was lovely and the bedrooms were all en-suite and incredibly spacious.
Cons: The kitchen needs a few more basic utensils, but that’s the only improvement I would suggest.

Pros: We travelled as a family of 8. Hired both villas, which was perfect. As soon as you walk through the main gate, you are in paradise. Everything was amazing. The staff were exceptional and always available. Location was perfect. Amazing restaurant, entertainment and shopping. Busy and fun. However, we could step away from all the noise and chill in our very private villa. 10/10!
