Pros: Fantastic location, down a quiet lane but right near the main road with excellent restaurants and bars. Walkable to both the beach and Seminyak Village shops. The staff were very attentive, with excellent communication and very thorough cleaning of both the villa and pool. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with aircon and separate bathrooms in each. Highly recommended villa for both staff, location and comfort.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros: Very clean. Spacious. Lovely pool area. Brilliant location.

Cons: Really can’t fault the property. Only have the smallest suggestion; a couple of additional amenities would have been handy; hand towels, tissues in the bathrooms.

Perfect location

Pros: Great accessibility to the beach, cafes and shops in Seminyak. Rooms are spacious with lots of natural sunlight. Awesome for private tanning by the pool!

Cons: Can be noisy due to the neighbours but Seminyak is a lively area. Once the doors are closed in the villa you can get a good nights sleep

Pros: Close to everything, clean,staff were very helpful and will pick up and drop off your laundry. we initially booked for 2 nights, but extend our stay to 8 nights.

Cons: To put something here you would need to be very picky indeed. OK, breakfast is not provided or available, but when you are only a few steps from the main street in Seminyak, that is not really an issue. And you can't pay the deposit with a credit card, although they will take Aussie dollars, which means you are not left with a fist full of rupiah going to the airport.

Pros: A beautiful villa in a great location. Everything you need is close by if it's not already included. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and great relationships with additional service offerings such as laundry, spa and driver.

Paradise amongst then busyness

Pros: This is likely the cleanest villa I’ve ever stayed in. The staff do a great job of maintaining hygiene and also the gardens and pool. It was noticed. It’s a great home away from home and so close to amazing shops and restaurants just 2 minutes walk away. Feels safe and secure. Staff are exceptional. Loved it so much I booked for 2025

Cons: An iron and ironing board. Necessary. Also I would say the tiles of the steps going into pool need some grip. Almost slipped twice and it could have been bad. Friend also slipped. Dangerous. Be careful. Otherwise like I said if I didn’t love it I wouldn’t rebook
