Best Value Villa

Pros: I loved the location, circle K is 2 mins away. I loved the pool. Best ever!! I loved the hangout area, ample of space!! The garden was so big that we could host games. The host and staff has been so accommodating.

Cons: This isn't an issue at all, but perhaps one of the rooms outside floorings could be changed cuz the wooden plank comes off.

Great location, pool and staff very balaneise in style.

Pros: Staff at the property were amazing, great location and pool was excellent for a large group.

Cons: Some of the rooms were a little tired and in need of an upgrade. The plumbing in some of the bathrooms wasn’t great. The water was a bit smelly.

For the $$$ an exceptional private getaway location for groups of around 10 pairs

Pros: Charming sprawling villas surrounding a private central pool area was the perfect venue for my needs. I really loved the generous pool and airy dining / living area that was the focal point of our gathering. The rooms are best described as charmingly country / rustic and suited our needs. Bathrooms and toilets were very clean. I was very appreciative of the number of rooms they had that facilitated the large gathering I was organizing. It is not easy to find a property of this size at this price point. Location is in my opinion excellent as its just a few minutes walk to the main road of Seminyak. Tremendous dining / massage options available nearby

Cons: Some parts of the villa were a little worn, but nothing to make the experience bad. Overall it was a happy clean experience.

Fantastic venue for a large gathering.

Pros: This was great for our group of 20 people. It was very easy with 10 individual rooms available for our group. The team were excellent and arranged anything we wanted. They were always around but never obvious. The pool is great. The common area was fantastic with a TV room for the kids. It was large enough for us to sit 20 people for a meal. The team organized a Balinese feast for us. It was quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the main street in Seminyak.

Cons: It is a little tired but look past that and you will have a fantastic stay.
