Villa Malou

Pros: Beautiful quiet location with excellent staff. Dewi was most helpful and always on call if we needed. 🤩

We had a wonderfully relaxing time. at the villa Malou great location and helpful friendly staff

Pros: Great location near the beach the shops and restaurants. Felt like a tranquil haven amongst the busyness of Seminyak. Pool was great.

Cons: Kitchen facilities could do with a bit of an upgrade and hot showers were tricky most days. However didn’t spoil our stay.

Pros: The villa looked exactly like the photos. The team was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist, especially Hendra, Dewik, and Hendro. The open-air kitchen and living room perfectly captured the tropical lifestyle, with architecture that let you fully enjoy the warm, breezy atmosphere.

Serenity and Nature combined to make a peaceful private oasis.

Pros: Villa Malou is a personal oasis to fully rest and enjoy catching up with friends. The outdoor lounging area by the pool was so inviting and comfortable we spent most of our days there. The pool is wonderful, a great depth and the garden surround have a beautiful tropical feel. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well provided and the large bottled water unit with instant hot or cold water is excellent. The staff are very helpful and always ready to assist. Many thanks to Hendro, Davi and Hendra for their consideration.

Cons: The surface of room 3 toilet seat is rough, should be replaced. The painted taps in the bathroom are chipped - they look bad. The floors are very slippery when wet, you need to be very careful. These are little things but important at such a luxurious villa.

Pros: The location was great, near all the yummy restaurants. Walking distance to everything else you could think of. Ku De Ta down the road. The staff are very accommodating and going above to help out ie massages to the villa. Henda, Deni and Hendro were so lovely and checked in every day to make sure we happy.

Cons: Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like, besides shower pressure at times.

Highly recommend for family/friends looking for a nice, quiet place in Seminyak.

Pros: Really comfortable and nice. Devi, Hendra and Hendro were very accommodating.

Cons: Only small issue on the water pressure in the toilet. Everything else was nice.

Great spot

Pros: Team Hendro and Devi looked after us during our stay. They contacted us everyday to check in if we needed anything. Location was great and super close to Eat street. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The floors got quite slippery from the pool, so was tricky with a toddler but that is unavoidable anyway as many villas are tiled. Overall our stay was fantastic.

Amazing villa with great service at Seminyak

Pros: The villa location is perfect, in the middle of Seminyak, 5min walk to Seminyak square and main shopping area and restaurants/party and also located in a street that is not loud so we couldn't hear the traffic. The pool is beautiful, they prepared balloon decoration for our birthday and make sure you order the dinner at the villa (super affordable and the best food we had in Bali) The villa staff is amazing Hendra, Hendro and Devi were super accommodating, made our room at our preferred timing and reply super fast toall our whatsapp queries ...thank you!

Cons: The only con is that there is a room with no windows although the door opens up to fresh air.

Great staff, location and outdoors area.. needs a bit of a refresh.

Pros: The outside area is gorgeous and the staff Hendro, Hendra and Desi are lovely. They kept the place spotlessly clean and tidy. They stayed up so late to welcome us in (late flight), organised washing and were just super awesome. Great location.

Cons: The owners really need to upgrade the beds, pillows and soft furnishings, and the shower heads could do with replacing. It is a wee bit tired and would be hard for the staff to maintain. We moved out of the master bedroom after one night - it was too noisy and needs blockout curtains. The sign has fallen down and needs better directions!

Will definitely stay here again
