Great spot!

Pros: Short walk to the Main Street, was nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the villa was clean and spacious. There was a cold/hot water system and full kitchen. Pool was lovely.

Cons: The shower temperature went from really hot to cool which was hard for my daughter to shower in however it’s not something that they can control.

Pros: Rico and co. were very friendly and helpful, nothing too hard. Villa in a great location, easy walk to beach and main strip.

Pros: Home… away from home. Welcoming and warm. A very clean villa, pool is pristine and so enjoyable. Loved every moment here. Had a lovely traditional dinner here food to die for. Food was sooooo amazing. So close to everything. Beach with bean bags and shopping at the square and local markets. Rico and Tony are the greatest host and wouldn’t have done it with out them. Love it love it love it.

Pros: Beautiful villa with amazing open space living area and a nice spacious room! It’s located in the quieter neighbourhood in the centre of Seminyak with walking distance to everywhere! It is LGBTQ friendly and its owners are a beautiful couple who made us feel right at home. I couldn’t recommend this place any more!

Pros: Tony and Rico were both very attentive and great hosts. When we arrived I was coming down with an ear infection to which Tony went out of his way to source antibiotics from the pharmacy which was very helpful and thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy and so was the pool. They also had great recommendations for places to eat and at some restaurants can make a reservation for you if needed

Cons: This is a homestay rather than a hotel complex. We prefer this as we like to talk to the hosts but if you are looking for a hotel with lots of staff this isn't it.

Lovely villa in the heart of Seminyak!

Pros: The property is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. It’s also only 5 minutes walk to very nice restaurants and shops! Rico’s a sweetheart and we looked forward to going back to villa and chatting with him everyday!

Gorgeous property within walking distance to everything Seminyak has to offer !

Pros: Rico was an amazing host , the room was very large with a huge bathroom and he made sure to accomadate all our needs and offering us advice on places to eat and see !

Lovely hosts, amazing property, perfect location!

Pros: First and foremost - Tony and Rico are amazing hosts! The whole property is spotless and clean with a kitchen for making food if you wish. There is free water available too. We stayed in the upstairs room which was very spacious with a comfy bed and huge bathroom. The location is also very central in Seminyak and 5 minutes walk from the beach in one direction or the main shopping/bar/restaurant area in the other. The pool sees the sun for most of the day and there are enough loungers for all guests.

Pros: The location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops and on the other side to the resort hotels and beach. Don't let the maze to get to the villa fool you, this is a very central place to stay. The property is like home to home with a well appointed kitchen and lounge

Cons: There is nothing that we did not like.
