Excellent Villa, Excellent location, I highly recommend it

Pros: The villa is clean and comfortable, very spacious and well maintained. Smooth and easy check in, and the villa assistant available anytime. Big and clean pool, huge garden. Comfortable beds and quiet area, but still walking distance to all the shopping, eating places and Seminyak beach. Highly recommended

Amazing villa. Definitely coming back!

Pros: We’ve spent a wonderful time at this accommodation, the villa is very spacious, with the good size swimming pool and a big garden. We were a bit confused with previous review, however, the villa is super clean, and all the bedding and towels are brand new. Santi took a great care of us, extra gratitude for that. Definitely coming back!

Great comfortable place

Pros: Ideal property for 2 couples. Place is very big, high sealing, good air conditioning, excelent clean swimming pool, safe main door. The property needs some deep clean as a water pressure machine for the baths, tiles by the pool etc also maintenance, just little investment but owners don’t seem to care about this. However they ask every day if you want cleaning at your convenient time. It does not look as amazing as in the photos but overall good.

Cons: One of the bedrooms smells a bit of dump. Also the door needs maintenance. It needs some water filters for the taps to avoid getting all the limestone.

Good location, spacious villa - some maintenance required.

Pros: Great location close to a circle K for walking distance to get basic supplies. Close to walk to the local supermarket and restaurants for massages etc. Easy to get the keys from a secured lockbox. Santi was friendly and tried to help us with any issues when she could. Large space, pool was well maintained and kept clean. Comfortable large bed. Showers had hot water which was good. Air conditioning was a blessing and worked well.

Cons: Villa sliding doors were a bit dangerous and scared me when I opened them as they swung from the top and are not connected at the bottom by any track or rollers. They also don’t completely close so there’s a gap allowing mosquitoes in the room. Flooded near bedrooms when it rained as there are no downpipes so water just poured down from corner roof near bedroom and flooded, so if raining you get wet going to the bedroom. Cleaning was a bit lacklustre. We only received very basic cleaning every 2nd or 3rd day. 6 days out of 13. Sheets weren’t changed regularly, used towels (dirty ones) were sometimes just hung back up. In the kitchen we had 1 dirty tea towel with a burn hole and stains the entire time we were there - we eventually asked for another towel and Santi brought us 1 extra. Cleaning in kitchen was very basic, cups were rinsed, not washed and were put away with the coffee or tea stains inside them. We re-washed them!. We did most of the kitchen cleaning ourselves. Large kitchen glass top table was never cleaned, even when we cleared it to make it easier to see. So we cleaned it daily ourselves. Benchtops had something stuck on them, which we scrubbed. Tap, sink, draining board and dish rack were ingrained with dirt and the tap had green mildew built up on it… we purchased cleaning products and bleach to try to scrub it ourselves. We’ve left behind the bleach. Bathroom was kept clean, we did need to request more toilet paper. Several uneven/cracked tiles in 1 bedroom, asked for a mat as I tripped getting out of bed one day. A larger quilt for the bed is suggested. No extra bedding provided. The small TV didn’t have an aerial so you can only watch your own Netflix, that you’ve downloaded. We purchased a clothesline for hanging out small items. A smaller regular dining table would be an appreciated advantage for the large space, so couples could use separate areas. Would like to return and hope further maintenance is completed.

Alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder!

Pros: Es war alles perfekt. Haus und Lage ist top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde uns angeboten alles zu organisieren falls wir etwas benötigen, was sehr angenehm ist wenn man sich vor Ort nicht auskennt. So haben wir einmal einen privaten Fähre für einen Tag gehabt und einmal einen Koch. Hat alles unkompliziert und gut funktioniert. Alles im allen können wir das Haus und das Management nur empfehlen.

Alles top. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Pros: Das Haus liegt sehr geschützt inmitten des Ortes. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, und wer es braucht bei der Hitze, dem steht noch jeweils eine Badewanne zur Verfügung. Ideal für zwei Paare, die jeweils für sich sein wollen. Der Pool ist sauber und wird stets gereinigt. Auch gibt es zusätzlich zur Klimaanlage einen Ventilator in jedem Raum.

Cons: Das Gebäude ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht es an den Wänden und an der Einrichtung. Aber das ist alles Ansichtssache. Mich hat es nicht gestört, und der Preis ist entsprechend und völlig akzeptabel dafür. Einzige Anmerkung: Man sollte mal die Schlösser zu den Schlafräumen und zum Eingang verbessern. Die haken ein wenig. Aber es dringt ohnehin niemand dort ungebeten ein. Es ist nur für das Gefühl. Ansonsten ist das Haus zum Kochen ausreichend ausgestattet. Ach ja der Wasserkocher geht nicht aus. Eine Kleinigkeit denke ich.

Pros: De accomodatie was groter dan het op de foto’s lijkt! Wat super positief is. Daarnaast was alles goed geregeld, de gastvrouw genaamd Santi is echt super lief. Ze reageert super snel en je kan haar om alles te vragen. Wij vlogen na het uitchecken laat, en vroegen of we ergens onze bagage konden droppen. Het mocht bij haar thuis en we mochten altijd naar binnen lopen. Super mooi huisje, en alles is en wordt kei goed gerelegd!! En dat voor die prijs!!! Wij hebben het super erg naar onze zin gehad. Dankjewel santi!
