Beautiful

Pros: Amazing service from the team, super clean and breakfast was fantastic

Pros: The Privacy, the service, the response , the villa layout, swimming pool is faily large and the mosquito treatment everyday at 6 PM. The experience was great and i highly recommend it for the price and location

Cons: Nothing major, like The bed mattress is Hard, expected to be little soft, and they dont provide cotton pads, shower caps, etc.. So recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner

Hideaway in seminyak.

Pros: Great private villas. The pool is fabulous although it's difficult getting in and out with a large step. The walls could use some care but this doesn't affect your stay. The bathroom was fabulous. Staff ten out of ten, especially the reception girls who were fantastic and taught me more Balinese language. At $150 aud a night it's a little expensive but overall a wonderful experience. Bed was so comfortable with incredible pillows and lounge furniture was comfortable too.

Perfect hideaway.

Pros: This villa is excellent. The entire private little hideaway is so nicely planned. The facilities are superb. Bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is extremely well done with fantastic facilities including a bathtub and nice soaps, a fantastic shower with big fluffy towels. The lounge area is great as is the pool and day bed. Beautiful gardens. Staff are number one who also come around every evening to place mosquito coils throughout the gardens. Rooms are serviced everyday. I'd recommend this place 👌

Cons: The walls needed a little upgrade with peeling paint in a few places but it doesn't affect the stay. The price could be slightly lower.

A Serene Piece of Paradise

Pros: The property was at an ideal location for us — close to shops, bars, local restaurants, and a large supermarket. At the same time, it’s on a quiet street and you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere — peaceful and serene. Staff are very friendly and really attentive. The villa exceeded our expectations - it was pristine clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic.

Cons: My dislikes are minor and wouldn’t impact my decision to stay there again: - The breakfast is not nice — it resembles more what one can get on a plane than in a hotel - The TVs aren’t connected to an antenna — there are no channels. They are smart, so you can stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. - The pool needs better access — there’s just one massive step going into it — jumping out of it is not easy

Lovely getaway

Pros: The location was great, a 10 minute walk into the main area for shopping and food or a 20 minute walk to the beach. The pool was perfect, we spent a lot of time enjoying the space and the pool.

Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner, particularly the outside day bed which needed a deep clean, but the bedroom/bathroom/dining areas were tidy.

Adorable luxury and wonderful staff

Pros: Absolutely stunning! Beautiful attention to detail. It felt like sheer luxury but on an affordable budget. We loved all the plants around the pool which was a really good size. The bed was super comfortable and the room was stunning. The staff also let us keep our luggage a day before we checked in as we went on a trip the day before. Super helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and a lovely touch to get to eat it in our villa. We wished we’d researched more to know we could have it floating in the pool.

Cons: Nothing!

Best place to stay in Seminyak

Pros: Great location, absolutely amazing food straight to our pool !! People working there were very kind and helpful🩷 One of the best private villas we have been , and great value for money.

Cons: Loved everything

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful always greeting my friend and I and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Amenities were replenished and always looked after.

Cons: No issues, only that the mattress was a bit hard otherwise everything was great. I cant fault anything.

Great place to chill and enjoy privacy

Pros: It was very private. Staff were very efficient. Communication was via WhatsApp and response was almost instantaneous. Villa was beautiful. We spent most part of our trip lazing in the villa.

Cons: Kitchenware was limited and old. Few utensils. For some reason, it took us 30min to boil a pot of water to cook instant noodles.
