Tranquil stay in the heart of seminyak

Pros: Villa was just as it looks in the pictures! Beautiful, clean and very private. The communication we experienced was great, and the hosts were very accommodating of our very late night arrival. The location is perfect. We were pleased that we booked a driver to take us to the property at our late hour, as it may have been difficult to find after wards. A cleaner came regularly, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Not the hosts fault at all but there’s a very loud cockerel near by who is frequently making noise - as long as you have early plugs or are a deep sleeper it’s fine. Not a fault of the apartment owners!

Highly recommended

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable house, perfect for a couple to come for vacation. Quiet among the crowds, lots of nearby places to hang out, massage, dining, shopping are very convenient and worth recommending.

Stayed 2 weeks at the beginning of May

Pros: Brilliant location, everything that we needed was within walking distance. It’s down a lane way which was very quiet. Kadek was an exceptional host, always easy to communicate with and going over and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The sun hits the pool which was awesome, it was always at a comfortable temperature. I’ve stayed in many private villas in Seminyak, and this one would have to be my favourite. Btw, make sure you ask Kadek to organise a in house massage.

Pros: The place was fantastic. Clean, tidy and in a nice quiet location yet very close to everything. The communication was great. And check in easy. It’s well equipped with everything you need. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The villa is located perfect in Seminyak. You can walk to many things and at the same time spend time in a private and quiet villa as it's in an alleyway which is locked at night (you get a key for the lock) & the alleyway is off one of Seminyak’s main streets. The own pool is something really great. We used it for in the mornings, during the day and night, really wonderful. Would 100% stay here again.

Pros: Such a nice and comfy villa in a quiet location while still 3 mins walk to a great range of cafes, restos and shops. Short walk to the beach or 1 min scooter ride. Very good sized pool. The staff was really accommodating and helpful.

Pros: Small but beautiful villa. Panoramic photos of the villa. In the kitchen, the faucet in the sink was broken or old and when the water was turned on, the water sprayed in different directions. It was impossible to wash hands or dishes. The comforter and duvet cover were reusable. There was no duvet cover on the duvet.

Pros: Beautiful villa, reasonably priced in the middle of the main street where you have all the restaurants. Lovely hosts, especially the staff is amazingly helpful.
