Villa Abhista Seminyak

Pros: Excellent, can not find any mistake here. Perfect location, clean and you have all you need at home.

Great location, great pool, hard beds.

Pros: Location central to many parts of Seminyak, short walk to Eat St and awesome restaurants, or the other direction to shopping strip. Secure, huge amount of space inside with good aircons, big private garden, great clean pool with both sun and shade during the day. Security at the top of the laneway at the nightclub reassuring. Slight thumping late at night from the club - we were not disturbed, but earplugs supplied at property if you do need some! Washing machine (with some powder left to use) very handy during a long stay.

Cons: Minimal basic cutlery and crockery in the outdoor kitchen, VERY firm beds, so many mosquitos outside (but spray and coils supplied - probably worse than average due to it being the start of wet season). Unusual noises from wildlife did startle a couple of times - harmless squirrels and geckos, and a surprise from a luwak in a tree out the back in the middle of the night!

Pros: Another short stay in this villa. It is such a great place to stay. Spacious, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. Highly recommended

Quiet stay in the heart of Seminyak.

Pros: Quite villa just off the main tourist area of Seminyak. Pool was clean, gardens are nice and the property is spacious. The addition of the WIFI and a washing machine was great.

Great location

Pros: Huge villa down a quiet alleyway in walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach in Seminyak. Has a big pool that gets lots of sun during the day. Two huge comfortable sofas to sit on in living area and a king sized comfortable bed. Big bath and even bath salts were supplied. Very fast internet. Water cooler in the kitchen (which is outside) Host was very good to deal with. Bonus: washing machine and clothes lines!!!

Cons: No TV

Place to be reluxed

Pros: Room is spacy and sofisticated with beautiful pictures. Can use the pool anytime and felt reluxed.

Pros: 雨季に一人旅で利用。町中なのに落ち着いた静謐さを感じる空間。キッチン（外にあるのも楽しい😃）には冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり滞在に必要なものは充分に揃ってます。 気持ち良く眠れ、とても清々しい朝を迎えることができました。 一階のリビングはソファの座り心地が抜群、二階の寝室の広さは充分だし、庭の植物とプールに癒され、一日中のんびり過ごすにも快適。短期でも長期でもオススメです。

また行きたい！

Pros: お部屋も全て清潔で、広くて心地よい空間でした。ゆっくり過ごせました。近くにカフェやお店も多く、便利。プールも清潔で気持ち良かった。

Cons: 特に無し。
