Would recommend to anycouple wanting a quiet holiday minutes from Eats street Seminyak

Pros: The villa manager and all the staff were superb. The accommodation was great, very private, well provisioned with tea, coffee, hot and chilled water dispenser. The location was very handy to some excellent cafés and restaurants. Also handy to Seminyak Village, only a few minutes walk. The beach is a 20 minute walk. It was nice place to start our Bali holiday.

Stylish townhouse style villa, with great facilities, perfect location and absolutely loved our stay.

Pros: Villa is exactly as shown and was great for a 10 day stay. Pool was good and the lower pool deck feature was nice to chill out in. All facilities work well, pod coffee machine and the recliner lounge were a nice touch. Great service provided to organise food shopping for you. House staff were very good, upstairs bedroom was huge, with a comfy bed. It is in a great area, short walk to Kaya Aya and easy taxi pick up at the end of the street. Could easily stay here for longer visits.

Cons: Only a few minor things. Would have liked a sun bed outside but understand this would be tight for space. More natural light in the upstairs bedroom, I realise you wouldn’t want to be looking into neighbours yard but possibly more of the top portion of the upstairs window to be glass. None of this would stop me from staying here again.

Loved it here, very close to cafe options for breakfast. Arranged a scooter for us too which was very helpful.

Pros: Greet location, easy communication. Very quiet and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and facilities.

Pros: The location was fabulous. So central to everything. I also enjoyed the privacy of the place and security ( high fences around pool area with locks and blocked out windows upstairs).

Cons: I advised the host what time I would be arriving. When I arrived no one was waiting to hand over keys. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to attend in the heat.

Two days was not long enough here!

Pros: We loved everything about this villa. Beautiful decor, lovely staff, super clean, attention to detail, very quiet, and the bedroom was magnificent! The villa is in the centre of Seminyak, great location.

A perfect villa for a couple looking to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet

Pros: Great central Seminyak location and very quiet. A short walk to some great restaurants. Private courtyard made us feel very relaxed.

Cons: Had some maintenance issues that caused some frustration but the staff were exceptionally helpful in getting them fixed quickly.

Pros: This property was everything we were hoping it was! Very private, great location and having your own private pool was an absolute treat! Nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle when you needed it! And a stunning property all round, can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic villa and location - would book again.

Pros: We really loved the location of this villa. Everything on your doorstep but quiet and relaxing once you entered the villas courtyard.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only feedback that I provided at checkout was that the pillows on the bed were very deep which I found uncomfortable, so a couple of smaller/thinner pillow options would have been great.
