Luxury 3-Bedroom Villa With Private Pool Seminyak Village

Amazing location, great villa to entertain in

Pros: Location is amazing. Aldi breggy is amazing in providing assistance and organising anything you need. The Villa is beautiful, needs a little bit of love but it perfect. Would happily stay there again.

Cons: The power cuts out when you use the sauna, disabling some air conditioners and lights for a few hours then they come back on.

Would come back again

Pros: The pool was absolutely beautiful and the location is fantastic. A quick walk to everywhere.

PERFECT FOR OUR SEMINYAK FUNCTIONS

Pros: We loved the villa. The hosts were fantastic and location supurb. We would definately stay again.

Cons: Mosquitos have always been an issue with myself and there were many but sprays were left for us as were bed screens however I still got bitten. Spa pool is actually part of the pool but would have been great if it was heated.

Pros: The location was amazing, directly behind Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village, so very peaceful and quiet and only a 2-minute stroll to the hustle and bustle centre of Seminyak. Our host Lina, was awesome and very responsive to any requests made and the staff who looked after the grounds and cleaned the villa on a daily basis were brilliant. A very, very comfortable villa that you would be hard pressed to fault. We will definitely be back to enjoy Kalamaya 4 (or 3) again.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Perfect villa for a Seminyak stay!

Pros: Fantastic location, right behind Seminyak Village. Great villa, large pool and living space which was perfect for our group. Staff were super helpful.

Pros: Our stay in the Kalimaya 4 was wonderful. The 3br villa it self was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5 with teenagers and young adult. The pool area was fantastic, 12x4mt pool is a lot larger than most in other villa properties. Great quiet location and conveniently located directly behind Seminyak Village shopping complex that you have direct access to behind the complex and next Seminyak Square. All you need only steps away. Lina the property manager communicated well and very helpful.

Cons: Not that we didn’t like anything about the property but the villa could do with a little TLC only small things that I notice. The villa is now under new management and apparently was not run well previously.

Pros: Just meet the host at the seminyak village main entrance if u couldnt find the villa. Just 2 min walk from the entrance.

Super Lage, sehr komfortabel, top Service!

Pros: Die Lage war perfekt. Nachts ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Nah zum Meer und zum Zentrum. Sehr gute Ausstattung und Komfort mit dem Pool und der Sauna. Der Service war überragend, Lina und ihre Mitarbeiter waren immer erreichbar und behandelten Probleme direkt.

Cons: Der einzige negative Punkt war das Wasser, aber da kann die Unterkunft wahrscheinlich nichts für. Der Strom ist 2-3 mal ausgefallen, aber wir wurden direkt rund um die Uhr betreut - sehr guter Service.
