quiet, private villa with a Balinese feel.

Pros: Great ambience. Loved our one bedroomed villa and the private pool. Place had a rustic Balinese feel with all the comforts. You could ask for mosquito net to be installed. Staff were excellent. Just a short walk from the beach.Very quiet.

Cons: The bathroom facilities are a bit dated.

All in all, we love peaceful environment they offered & will not hesitate to come back in the near future.

Pros: Feels very homey immediately. Perfect for our little family. We rented Hibiscus 2BR villa. The path to the villa well lit & at night compared to other villas that can look quite spooky! We love our daily breakfast at the property. Prepared by our lovely butler Miss Eka. She was so kind to get us some fruits this morning too!

Cons: The sofa at the living room wasn’t comfortable at all. We wish they could have equipped a TV in the bedroom. Outside can be quite hot to watch TV during the day

Pros: Exceptional staff – very friendly, professional, and helpful. Excellent location in Seminyak, close to restaurants and shops. Spacious and quiet villa with a good layout. Clean, deep swimming pool. Daily high-quality housekeeping, fresh linen, and effective insect control. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Very peaceful stay overall.

Cons: Minor signs of wear in some areas (e.g. a slightly noisy fan). Air conditioning could feel a bit weak at first, was fixed quickly. TV without smart apps. These were minor and did not affect the overall comfort

Pros: Everything was amazing, the staff couldn't be any nicer. They were very accommodating and helped us with literally everything we needed. They sorted for us shisha and motorbikes on the first day and we didn't even have to leave the villa to sort anything out. Amazing, I would absolutely recommend. Putu, Geda Artha, Surya and Cipta were extremely nice and helpful.
