LUX Casa Amore 4BR pick up from airport security PlayStation and Netflix

Pros: Absolutely loved the quiet location and the villa! There was 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and a lot of space for family. There is a mini marts around the corner and some cafes close by. The staff were always so kind and responsive - I can't fault it!

Pros: The Villa was beautiful and very comfortable. 4 bedrooms, each with air con and ensuite. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. Will organise anything you want. Villa was cleaned and tidied up daily. Within walking distance to mini mart

Cons: Was not within walking distance to Shopping Centre or market. However, very cheap to have a driver for the day to take you anywhere or as many places as you like which we found better than walking

Overall a great stay!

Pros: Modern spacious villa, great for the group travel. Everything is great, kitchen could have more glassware, showers could use fixing and if you are staying in the ground floor room, it does smell bad could be the aircon filter or something else. We never got it resolved or fixed but we survived! Staff is great, daily cleaned our rooms. Breakfast, not worth it,- it’s uber eats delivery and 200K per person .the pool is beautiful but cold , doesn’t get any sun!

Cons: No sun over the pool or pool area and tiles are very slippery!

Pros: Air con indoors which is pleasant in comparison to a villa we stayed in the past where the common areas were semi outdoors, clean, breakfast, quick response from staff

Cons: Tile floors which is slippery for kids post pool time

Beautiful villa

Pros: The villa was amazing just exactly like the photos to the tee. The team helped us with all our needs and issues even late at night. Organised a lift with the villa so convenient. Villa is a 15-20min walk to the main areas of Seminyak. 3 convenient stores within 100m of the villa and a supermarket 5 mins away.

Cons: Was some problems with the water but that was fixed instantly, can only have one person showering at a time upstairs, otherwise there will be no pressure. There isn't much street lights up and down the road that connects with the villa and it can be a bit scary at night.

Pros: Amazing! So spacious, absolutely beautiful and very quite. The staff were awesome and responded very quickly to any questions we had and were very friendly. Would definitely stay again

Cons: There was a smell from the aircon in the downstairs bedroom that was quite unpleasant but staff said it will be attended to

Cons: Slightly out of the way but it was also nice to be somewhere quieter at night than in the busier areas.

Professional housekeeping team and well maintained property.

Pros: The Villa, as promoted on the Booking site met our expectations. Good location as you have access to all that you need.

Cons: Didn't provide the Airport transfer and the daily breakfast was missing as Villa didn't receive any information about the same in the reservation. Please look into these matters as we have been charged for both services.
