Best villa ever stay

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Nicola Seminyak with Fat Lamb Villas! A special thank you for the lovely cake and beautiful decorations for my daughter’s 8th birthday—it made her day so memorable. The villa itself is spacious and perfect for families. The swimming pool was a highlight for my kids—they couldn’t get enough of it! The place is well-maintained, clean, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hospitality was top-notch. Host Jody was quick to respond to any questions or requests, and Komang, who assisted us throughout our 5-night stay, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Seminyak. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Close to Seminyak shops, cafes, restaurants. Quiet location. Spacious villa rooms and compound. Beach not too far either

Cons: Shower / bath taps need replacement.

Excellent location

Pros: The location doesn't get any better than this, smack in the middle of the most happening street of Seminyak but well enough away from the main roads to avoid any potential disturbance. The most popular nightlife of Seminyak is within a 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. The property itself is exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious rooms and the staff is very helpful.

Cons: Nothing to be honest other than the fact that we had to leave.😅

A fantastic stay in a great location, villa did not disappoint

Pros: Excellent location, central to everything & very close to numerous restaurants. Off main drag enough so not disturbed by any noise, very peaceful.

Cons: Can’t really be changed & we only used 3 of the bedrooms but 4th bedroom small compared with the massive main bedroom and oversized bathroom next door. If 4 people/couples sharing you’d def want the 4th bedroom recipient to contribute less as equivalent to medium size hotel room with ensuite and not much natural light.

Great Villa, relaxing but central to everything!

Pros: This Villa was wonderful, we are a family of four and this was more than enough space for us. I could have booked a smaller place but we decided to splurge and we were so glad we did. The kids had a room each with their own bathroom and TV so they were in heaven! A pool and a tv! Having a bathroom each was also great as made getting showered and ready to go much quicker. The kitchen/dining area was great had everything we could have wanted. We stocked the fridge with drinks and found ordering food was super easy and cost effective so we could stay and truly relax for a few days! The beach was an easy walk away but we found it wasn't particularly clean and the pool was more fun. The villa is down a laneway which means it's in the heart of Seminyak but you don't have the noise which was great. Plenty of places to walk to for food/shopping etc and no shortage of taxis offering to take you further.

Cons: Unfortunately there was an issue with the pool, it was cloudy and one day we couldn't use it but we were offered the use of another pool in an empty villa next door, but we went to the water park so it didn't matter. We were looked after even when this small issue happened.

I highly recommend this villa and the set up Is perfect.

Pros: I really like how quiet the location is, peaceful but yet only a very short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The property manager was terrific, he listened if I had a request and followed up. Easy to book, easy to communicate with Jodie who was fantastic at getting back to me to answer any additional queries and requests.

Cons: There’s nothing I didn’t like.

FAVOURITE PLACE EVER!!!

Pros: FAVOURITE PLACE EVER!!! Villa was in such a great location! We walked everywhere very close to shops and restaurants e.g. seminyak square, motel mexicola, la favela etc. Sunny and his team made us feel very welcome and was there to show us around when checking in and did an exceptional job at making sure the villa was clean and tidy for the days we requested the villa to be cleaned. The villa has drinkable water that could be either cold, room temp or boiling hot for our late night noodles. The pool was phenomenal. Rooms were large and all had air conditioning and great bathrooms too that were clean! Such a great place to stay with a group of friends or even families too! We will definitely be staying again!!
