Pros: Great central location within walking distance of the beach and shops but still peaceful and quiet. The private pool and the air con in the rooms kept us cool when it got warm. The host and housekeeper were very accommodating and would recommend staying at Villa Viona.

Wonderful, relaxing and luxurious

Pros: The property is beautifully presented in a great location with a convenience store 5 minutes walk and an amazing coffee shop selling amazing meals at great prices. Communication with Brent was fantastic and was very accommodating with a late check out. Lita the housekeeper is lovely and was great organising laundry services, food etc . Easy walking distance to shopping. Flea markets, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and will be back

Pros: Amazing Stay at Villa Viona 4 – Perfect Seminyak Getaway! My three friends and I recently stayed at Villa Viona 4 in Seminyak, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The villa was in a great location—close to restaurants, shops, nightclubs and the beach, yet still peaceful and private. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when preparing us for Nyepi (Silent Day). Since we couldn’t leave the villa, they cooked delicious meals for us and made sure our fridge was stooked with food. Everything went so smoothly, and we really appreciated their kindness. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, with a gorgeous pool that we enjoyed every day. The atmosphere was so relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind with friends. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Viona 4 to anyone visiting Seminyak.
