Villa SanSam Seminyak

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Pros: Great location to walk to eating places, the retail precinct, and the beach. Being at the end of a cul-de-sac meant it was very quiet. The nearby street the villa was on was a pretty busy and narrow one lane street that was a two-way road without proper footpath. It was a little hectic, but typical of most Bali streets. We felt safe where we were, the accommodation itself was amazing, with comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time in it. Great for playing and games, the nine-year-old loved it, but don't expect to be doing laps. Service was great as well. You can easily contact (on Whatsapp) the housekeeper Ketut (who met us at check-in with cold juices) for any cleaning needs, and the manager Dean for any other questions you may have. Very comfortable, clean and tidy, everything you would need for a holiday accommodation.

Cons: The air-conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms seemed to struggle to keep the rooms cool. We had to use a fan as well in one of the rooms. The air-conditioners did cut the edge off the heat, but we still slept with only a light top sheet.

The perfect accomodation for a fabulous holiday.

Pros: The villa was the perfect place for our family holiday. It was clean, comfortable, luxurious. Walking distance to the beach, markets, amazing restaurants. In a great area of Seminyak. I highly recommend. Thank you to Ketut for helping to make our stay so pleasant.

Beautiful villa in a great location for the beach.

Pros: Perfect. Absolute luxury in a great location. The family loved it.

Cons: Not really anything to dislike. If I was being picky; a couple of the poolside chairs need replacing and the kitchen hob turns off sometimes while cooking (no danger, gas just cuts off).

Pros: The property was everything we hoped for when we booked it. Peaceful, private and clean. The service received from Ketut was exceptional and he was very welcoming and friendly. The locals in the area were all polite and friendly. The food from The Local which is walking distance was so good, we ate breakfast there a few times during our stay. We 100% recommend the Villa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: From the moment we entered the villa we knew it was going to be exceptional. Huge, immaculate and carefully decorated giving a real feel of luxury. Lovely and quiet, away from the noise of the main streets. Friendly hosts who kept the property extremely clean.

Cons: It was a little way from the main areas, and negotiating the roads can be tricky but if you’re keen to use scooters or grab cars then it’s perfect.
